This is a DIRECT, UNOBSTRUCTED view of the OCEAN, just a few yards away from the ocean, on a PRIVATE BEACH with our own lifeguards during summer season. Relax on your own private covered deck, where you can look down the beach and see the fireworks display on the boardwalk at Seaside Heights
We offer Rentals for 'FRIDAY to FRIDAY' or 'SUNDAY-SUNDAY' check-ins -- less traffic for you, rather than arriving on Sat..... Security Deposit required and cleaning fee.
Our legal occupancy is a MAXIMUM of 4 Persons.
For the Peacefull Enjoyment of our neighbors, We only accept mature, responsible renters who follow our associations NO PETS and NO SMOKING policies.
If you like Late Nights, Lots of Action....PLEASE LOOK SOMEPLACE ELSE... This is a very Quiet building, we respect the privacy of our neighbors and our intentions are to keep it that way!
Nicely furnished, Cable TV in each room (three). Assigned private parking for two cars. You cannot beat the VIEW! We took this picture of the beach from the private covered deck. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Remember the Spring & Fall are the nicest times of year at the beach, nice water and fewer people - nice time to get away for a few peaceful days.
