You will truly enjoy your stay at this second floor, one-bedroom suite at beautiful Royal West Indies Resort. View the ocean and the colorful resort landscaping. This unit is 1,004 square feet with a 297 square foot wraparound covered balcony. There are two 12-foot wide floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors -- most RWI condos only have a single sliding glass door.
Royal West Indies is right on the beach. Compare the rates with the resort rates and other resorts actually on Grace Bay. Grace Bay beach is consistently ranked among the top ten beaches in the world.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and there are louvered shutters on both windows. There is a queen-size sofa sleeper. There are separate bedroom, dining, living, kitchen, and bath areas. Walk 300 feet to the beach. Beach towels, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Hobe Cats, Ocean Kayaks, snorkel gear, and all other recreation equipment are included. There are two TVs (a new flat panel HD TV in the living room), and free strong-signal WiFi Internet -- bring your laptop.
There are two Resort pools. There is a large rectangular pool and a free-form pool with a spa and waterfall.
This second floor, wind-protected, suite has lower rates than identical oceanfront suites. It is also twice as large as studio suites (without kitchens), that are also offered at Royal West Indies. Outer and inner doors are equipped with dead-bolt locks.
Our agent's representative will meet you at the airport, arrange to accompany you to Royal West Indies Resort (you can rent a car or take a taxi), show you the suite, give you the keys, and will provide emergency assistance. Complete cleaning and linen change before arrival, and once a week. Midweek cleaning provided. Babysitting services are available. Most toiletries are provided.

One Free Night Applies to a Full Second Week Stay.
Normally, Saturday to Saturday, but other arrivals/departures are all right.

From start to finish our experience at this resort and with this owner was a pleasure. The owner answered all our questions and was very patient us. The room was clean and well appointed. The only thing my wife mentioned was that the linens some of the upholstery could use a little updating but I would not have even noticed that. The resort itself was charming and great for our family. The grounds were very well maintained and beautiful. The staff were the friendliest that we have experienced in a long long time. They remembered our names and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I love to snorkel and unfortunately a weather front came through during our visit...the water at Grace Bay was too rough for snorkeling, but a 15 minute drive to Sapodilla Bay brought us calm winds and water. Definitely call the folks at Caicos Dream Tours and go on a half-day snorkel and conch dive, it was the highlight of our week.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We stayed for a week in May. The description and pictures were accurate. The owner was easy to work with and answered all emails promptly. The suite is very well equipped. The resort property is well kept and beach chairs with umbrellas were always available. I would recommend this rental and hope to stay there again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.
