The building, "El Tuhillo," is a scenic seven minute walk to the center of town, to the Balcon de Europa. A walker's paradise, Nerja has hidden seaside trails, or you can hike in the rugged Sierra Madre mountains behind the old Moorish town of Frigiliani. If you want to visit the Moorish Fort in Solobreno, the Alhambra (Granada), Cordoba, Sevilla or even Gibraltar, cars are easy to rent for the day.
With the ambiance of an old Spanish town, Nerja also has excitement, entertainment and night life; there's something for everyone. Each day is an adventure. Browse in fabulous shops. Dine at beachside restaurants at Buriana Beach, or enjoy a sidewalk cafe in town. Giant paellas and sangria tantalize the eyes and the pallette, or enjoy haute cuisine for a change.
