  Initially, we have booked a different condo. However, it didn’t meet our expectations and we had to improvise. We didn’t have to go through hassles though, thanks to Emerald Coast Destinations. By the checkin time, our new condo was ready and spotless clean! What a big difference! This unit was very well taken care of. The pictures you see on the website describe the condo accurately. Our family enjoyed the place and the beach

  I am a person who likes privacy and silence. I know, it is a mission impossible when it comes to vacation rentals, go figure. That’s why I always request a place that is nowhere close to the clubs or other rowdy places of that matter. Treasure Island was exactly what I and my other half were looking for. Located by the beautiful St Andrews bay, this condo had lots to offer and an absolute peace was one of most important ones. The place was busy, however, I didn’t hear anything from my condo. Really relaxing, with all the supplies that we needed. The perk: our unit was pet-friendly.

  Our family visited Panama City Beach during Autumn 2012. We have stayed at Treasure Island by the St Andrews State Park. Our condo was very clean, with all the amenities a family needs. We didn't really go out to have breakfast and lunch - there was no need: the kitchen was fully equipped, modern, and clean (which it the most important part). What can be better than enjoying breakfast on the large balcony overlooking the pool and the gulf? Also, we didn't have to leave our beautiful baby yorkie Coco at home: this particular condo was a pet-friendly one, without crazy pet fees. Coco is a part of our family, the cutest one, indeed, so we were happy to find a place that welcomes her as much as we do. Will definitely be back for some relaxation and fun times.

  I stayed at Treasure Island Condominums for a week back in June. Property is newly built and is very elegant. It is right on the beach and has beautiful views of the gulf. Stores and restaurants are near by. The staff was great and I will definitely stay there again for a longer period of time.

  I stayed at the Panama City Beach's Treasure Island during the summer of 2012, and I thought that the 2 bedroom condo we were staying in was very clean, and suited for a beach setting. Our living room was very comfortable, equipped with a stereo and cable TV! The bedrooms were spacious and came with privacy windows . I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to relax in the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach!

  Treasure Island is a great place to stay in PCB. Everything was great for our stay and the condo was beautiful. You can walk to Schooner's, Scampy's and Montego Bay (three very good restaurants), which is excellent. The west views from the balcony are unlike any I had seen before thanks to the slight angle the building was built at - On clear mornings, you can see shoreline clear to the west end of PCB...really unusual. Best regards to cleaning crew and Emerald coast destinations. Good job.

  The condo was really nice- had everything needed and more. The view was perfect. The condo was clean as well as the pool area. We will keep this place on our vacation list and will share this info with family and friends.

  I recently posted about our fabulous stay in the condo, citing how clean it is. Yes, the cleaners do an awesome job, but be warned...they choose NOT to follow the rental agency's policy about safekeeping personal items accidentally left in the condo. My husband left his new robe on the back of the bathroom door. I emailed the rental agency the day we got home (as soon as my husband unpacked his suitcase), and learned the next day that the cleaners simply threw it in the trash! Word to the wise...be certain not to bring or leave anything that will lead to disappointment if you never see it again.

  My husband, son and I plan oceanfront vacations every other year. This year, we decided to choose a location that was within an easy day's drive from our home in the Atlanta, GA area. This condo was by far the BEST one we have ever stayed in! Getting into the condo was easy, and our first impression upon opening the door was seeing and smelling a very clean place to stay. The floor plan is spacious, with a fabulous, unobstructed view of the ocean. Everything within the condo was in excellent working order, from the a/c and appliances down to the nightlights provided in the bathrooms and kitchen. Every need for staying in a home has been anticipated and provided. I typically cook the entire time we are on vacation, and was delighted to find a fully stocked kitchen with T-Fal cookware, all necessary gadgets/tools, and beautiful dishes, drinkware and silverware. Nothing in the place seemed cheap, as many rental units try to get away with. I loved the cookware so much that I have asked my husband for a set like it! Many of the gadgets were XO brand. My husband enjoyed his morning coffee brewed in a coffee maker that worked well. The dishwasher is a quiet-running GE. The fridge, micro and stove/oven were IMMACULATE! Did I mention that the place is clean? :) Oh, and if you like a great shower with lots of room and strong water pressure, then you have to check out the one in the master bath. That is another request I asked of my handy husband to consider for our home bathroom remodel. The pictures do not do the condo justice; it actually looks much better in person. We look forward to staying here again in the future, knowing that all we have to bring is ourselves, clothing and food/personal items!

  We always ask for this unit when we come to the beach. Have stayed here a few years, and it is awesome, perfect location! The condo itself is very nicely decorated and very spacious. We call this our home away from home. We had an absolute blast this past week in Panama City Beach. This condo is in walking distance to our favorite spot, Schooners as well as Scampy's & Montego Bay. There is a convenient market in walking distance as well. So convenient and on the quiet end of the beach. We will see you again in the fall!
