Come enjoy the splendor of Massanutten's Four Season Resort from our beautiful 2400 square foot, 5 bedroom, 3 bath home that sleeps up to 14 people! The house is only 4 years old and has all brand new lavish furnishings. Just a two minute drive to the ski slopes, snow tubing park, golf course, ziplining park, and restaurant. Drive just up the street to the mountain overlook and go hiking on the challenging trails. The nearby Massanutten Water Park is open and fabulous fun - just a ten minute drive away!
Our lovely front deck looks out onto the secluded court and green area and the large deck in the back views a large wooded area where deer and other wildlife may be spotted. The newly painted upstairs great room features an extravagant sectional with pullout couch facing a cozy gas fireplace and has a HUGE 36 inch TV with cable, Comcast on Demand, a DVD player, surround sound theater and VCR. Wireless Internet is available - just bring your laptop and get online!
The enormous dining room table is 9 feet long and seats 10 - 14 people comfortably. The beautiful maple kitchen is fully appointed with a banquette that seats 8 children or 6 adults. The extravagant master suite offers an inviting king bed with amazing designer comforter and 20 inch TV with digital cable. The two remaining upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds with inviting down comforters. A full bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms. Luxurious bath towels and linens are included with your rental.
The downstairs is also newly painted and is a haven for children of all ages! The air hockey/pool table will provide hours of fun for the whole family. Another fantastic sectional with pullout sleeper faces the 27 inch TV with digital cable and DVD player. There are plenty of children's toys, games, puzzles and books to entertain young visitors. One of the kids' bedrooms features a children's game table that has foosball, ping pong and other great games. Both downstairs bedrooms feature 2 sets of fun bunk beds, sleeping 4 in each room.
A full bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. The laundry room is stocked with all the laundry supplies you will need during your stay. Remember, we provide all of the sheets and towels, so you just need to bring yourselves and your clothes to enjoy your stay! Reserve the most inviting house on the mountain!

My multigenerational family enjoyed this comfortable home for a wonderful weekend away for us all. The home is clean and well maintained and we appreciated the extra blankets. It is in close proximity to skiing, tubing, ice skating and the indoor water park. We had a lovely afternoon hiking on easily navigable trails with the youngest members of the family, while the older kids went skiing. The house has toys for the children and TV sets in most rooms. We found that there was so much to do that we did not even turn on the TV except to watch a movie with the kids one evening. The owners were accesible for questions and helpful with all of the arrangements, above and beyond for this renter who had more than her share of questions. I would recommend this as a wonderful place to stay for the whole family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We had a great long weekend during this unusually warm winter. The house was perfect to fit all of our crowd, all we're comfortable and the large dining table was perfect. Skiing was much better than expected as all but small cross trails were open. Julie you were great to deal with.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

In order to confirm rental, payment of 50% of the rental fee must be paid along with signed contract. The remainder of the rental fee plus the security deposit must be paid at least 21 days prior to check in date.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
For stays of two nights, there is a $125 cleaning fee. The fee is waived for stays of three nights or more. There is a $350 refundable security deposit providing there is no damage to the house.

About the owner: My husband and I have two fabulous sons, ages 13 and 11. We love to come down to Massanutten to spend family time together. We especially love the water park and playing golf on the two amazing courses Massanutten offers. We always have a great race driving the Go-Karts.
Why the Owner Chose Massanutten Resort:
We started visiting Massanutten in 2000. We loved all of the activities that were available to us and the kids. We come down as often as possible to ski, snow tube, golf and play at the Water Park.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our property is wonderful for two or three families to visit! There is plenty of room for all of the adults and the kids to stay and play together. But there is also room for everyone to spread out and enjoy quiet time. We are located very close to the Mountain Greens golf course, the ski slopes and snow tubing slopes. The mountain overlook is a short walk from our house to go hiking. The Water Park is only a ten minute drive away.
