Accommodations:  House, 5 Bedrooms + Loft, 3 Baths (Sleeps 10-12)

This house is open, airy and spacious! Great for any large group or family to relax and enjoy. Vaulted ceilings create drama in this 3000 square foot home. There is a spotless kitchen, overlooking a wonderful eating area and family room. The large family room has a fireplace, BIG SCREEN TV and a comfy sectional that can seat 8. Sliding glass doors open on to the patio where you will find the luxurious SIX SEAT SPA and GAS BARBEQUE. Off to the right, is an enormous HEATED POOL, complete with diving board, for hours of fun in the sun.

Downstairs, you will find a beautiful POOL TABLE, separate dining room and a master bedroom suite with king bed, complete with its own bathroom. Reclining leather theater seats in this room allow anyone to watch TV or a movie in private.The washer and dryer are located off the 2 car garage.

Upstairs, there is a LARGE SECOND MASTER with king bed and its own sitting area, LARGE TUB and separate shower. Three more bedrooms, two with twin beds and the third with a queen are also upstairs. The third bathroom has a dual vanity and separate shower/tub. The loft is furnished with a queen sofa sleeper and armoire. The house is set up for HIGH SPEED INTERNET access and has a FAX MACHINE. All 5 bedrooms, the family room and the loft have their own CABLE TV equipped with a VCR/DVD.
We've worked hard to think of everything that any traveler could want, from fine furnishings to ALARM CLOCKS, PHONES, CABLE TV IN EVERY BEDROOM and HAIR DRYERS. Our goal with every home is to make it a place that you will want to come back to again and again.

  • We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house and the wonderful amenities. The house is located right off 215, just 10 minutes from The Strip. The outdoor area was very nice for barbeque's and relaxing. We would definitely rent this house again!

  • Very pleasantly surprised with this house. I was skeptical about its proximity to the Las Vegas strip(it being in Henderson) but it was literally 10 min away and right off the fwy. My entire family loved the accomodations and the outdooor pool/ jacuzzi. We would definately consider coming back to this property.

  • I recently stayed at your home in Las Vegas and it was a 10. It is much better than the pictures and the staff was so accomadating and friendly. This house is a great buy for the money. I can't wait to return to Vegas again next year and I will definitely stay at this home.
