All three bedrooms have a bright, beachy decor and are located on the first level along with two baths.
The second level (living room, dining area, kitchen and full bath) features a large, bright, open room full of windows providing a fantastic ocean view. The ocean view gets even better when you step outside onto the relaxing wrap-around deck. Spiral staircase takes you up to a loft area; a place guaranteed kids will love, as well as adults! The loft is complete with its own deck and awesome ocean view!

Our family of eight people stayed for the first time in St. Simons Island in July 2010. We chose this cottage because on the listing it looks spacious and pristine! The photos make it look perhaps a little more of both of those than the reality. We appreciate a place that is spotless, and it just felt like some of the areas of this house needed a good thorough cleaning -- windows, sills, corners, switchplates, etc. We visited during the peak season -- there is a public beach right next door to the Cottages, so it is less secluded than we expected. Still, it seemed pretty quiet and tranquil. We would recommend this property to others, but would also let them know in advance that the photos suggest room sizes that, when you see the real room, give you a bit of a letdown. Not sure if that's because of a special effects lens or what ...
