Ours is a beautiful, two-bedroom condominium fully equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation - including a cozy, fully-screened patio overlooking majestic live-oaks! This retreat is located in a beautiful and secluded West Ashley community on the historic and scenic Ashley River.
This is a perfect, central location from which to explore the Charleston area! Enjoy historic plantations, fantastic dining, shopping, beaches, and golf. When you come home, relax and enjoy the live oaks from your patio, take a swim in the pool, or watch the boats from the river-side community dock with gazebo.
A brief twenty minutes to historic downtown Charleston, 30 minutes to beaches (Folly Beach and Beachwalker Park on Kiawah), 15 minutes to airport, and five minutes to historic Ashley River plantations (Drayton Hall, Magnolia Gardens, and Middleton Place).
This non-smoking retreat has a fully equipped kitchen - good for either those who want to make a gourmet meal as well as for those who want to only make their morning cup of coffee! Our home comfortably sleeps five with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a bunk with a twin bed on top and a double bed on bottom in the guest room. There is a futon-style couch in the family room which can also fold out to a double bed if needed. A portable crib is available to those of you traveling with little ones! All linens are furnished except for beach towels. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. A boat slip is also available for rental at an additional fee!

We so enjoyed your lovely home away from home. Loved all the windows and light. Looking out and seeing the beautiful Live Oak trees with the spanish moss or "pirates beard" hanging from them was fantastic. Your home was so comfortable; beautifully decorated and felt so welcoming. Enjoyed Charleston, Beaufort, the beaches, walking the neighborhoods, everything.
