Wendover Dunes is the newest oceanside complex Palmetto Dunes Resort has to offer. Clusters of elevated two-story buildings, four one-level units per building, are located just steps from the beach. These units feature large screened porches and covered parking. The attractively designed Wendover Dunes pool area includes a children's pool, hot tub, and grilling facilities with adjacent tables/chairs and bathrooms. The pool is seasonally heated.
This first floor unit has views of the woods and landscaping, with a partial view of the pool area. It is beautifully furnished in cool tones of green and yellow. The large open living area welcomes you and invites you to relax. Possibly the most outstanding feature of this property is the large screened porch accessed from the living room and two of the bedrooms.
Conveniently, this unit features two master bedrooms. Both are furnished with king-size beds and are equipped with televisions. Oversized garden tubs and separate step in shower are among some of the comfort features in each private bath. Access to the screened porch is available through french doors off each bedroom.
The third guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a television, and access to a hall bath that is equipped with a jacuzzi/shower tub. This is truly one of the nicest oceanside condominiums in Palmetto Dunes.
