Location: Island Harbour, Anguilla, Caribbean (Approximate 4 miles from Airport, 7 from Ferry to St. Martin)

The Villa has spectacular views on three sides, north over the reefs to the Atlantic, west towards Shoal Bay Prickley Pear and Dog Island and east over picturesque Island Harbour to Captains Bay and Scrub Island. The first floor has two bedrooms (one with a four poster) one with twin beds, each with its own bathroom with walk-in showers, an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a long cool gallery. At ground level there is a self-contained one bedroom apartment with double bed and single bed, kitchen, patio and gallery. This is ideal for a couple or single person. The swimming pool in front of the villa is shared but the Villa and apartment are never rented to different sets of guests at the same time. Recently added is WIFI so you may bring your laptop if you wish.
The first floor and lower level apartment are both independently furnished, and available to be rented seperately, but share a garage and washing machine. For mental relaxation there is a good library, games and jigsaw puzzles but the house is media-free except for a radio and CD player. A lovely cool breeze blows through and ceiling fans are fitted in the upstairs bedrooms and living room. Shoal Bay (recently voted the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean) is about one mile to the West and the picturesque village and beach of Island Harbour is half a mile the other way. A rental car is recommended and can be arranged for you. The snorkling and scuba diving are second to none in the Caribbean, especially the wreck diving.

I started building my house in 1989, and have gradually added to it since then. I spend my time between England, America (where my children/grandchildren are) and Anguilla.
