And, we have multiple phone #'s for you to call if there is an emergency or you are unsatisfied in any manner. We have professional house keepers and maintenance personnel at Cinnamon Beach. We work directly with the security gate and pool management staff to make sure our guests are on the approved lists to get in (if you are not, they will not let you in. Also, some owners are 90 days past due on their recreation dues and the pool staff will not let their guests in). If there is a problem with your condo (say the AC goes out), we can move you to another one until that is repaired. Plus, because of our size, outside contractors show up quickly for us!
