*** GOT KIDS??? This is a great location (quiet street) and a short walk (carrying all the kids' stuff) to a fantastic family-oriented beach.
This new, four-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath house is both cozy and convenient. The tiled foyer/sitting area leads to an open and spacious family room and kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is open to the main living area awash in sunlight from the many windows. A large dining area seats 10 easily along with additional bar-stool seating at the kitchen counter-top or cook-outside on the patio with the gas grill provided!
The bedrooms are large and the home can easily accommodate two families. Washer and dryer are on the second floor and are both large capacity. A one car garage and typically plenty of off-street parking add to the convenience.
There is also an outside shower for rinsing-off after a visit to the beach!
