Peace and serenity will soon over come you as you settle in to our comfortable condo with all the conveniences of home. Recently updated with new dishes, silverware, towels and luxurious bedding. There is a fully-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing your favorite meal or a quick snack for the road.
Our home features two bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. The master features a new(May 2006)king-size bed, new bedroom furniture (May 2006),walk-in closet, and a huge shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room opens up to a queen-size sleeper. Relax and sit back and take in the incredible landscape from the spacious lanai.
The Grand Champions Villas is a luxury condominium complex surround by the beautiful award winning Blue Golf Course and the Wailea Tennis Club, both offer discounted rates to condominium guests. The complex offers two swimming pools, two spas, and beautiful tropical grounds. Perfectly located to enjoy all that Maui has to offer from the amazing beaches, such as Big Beach, and Makena, to snorkeling at Ulua, and the natural underwater preserve at `Ahih-kina`u just a few minutes away.
If shopping is more your thing then you might want to head down to The Shops of Wailea, which you can walk to, and dont forget the charming town of Kihei. A trip to Lahaina should definitely be in the plans and Paia!
If you love food as much as we do you must stop in at Joe's, it's in walking distance to the complex and has a wonderful menu, a must try is the crab dip and mango tini it a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The four seasons is a must too and for a really special evening out your going to want to go to Mammas Fishhouse in Paia. Have a sweet tooth? just one word Lappert's Ice Cream(O.K its three words, but its outrageous) We have a list, for your conveince that will direct you to great resturants from inexpensive and delicious mexican food to where to find the best sushi and when to go to get it at half price!

Why the Owner Chose Grand Champions
We came to Maui on vacation and fell in love with the island so we spend the last several days of our vacation looking at tons of properties from Kapalua Bay to Makena and driving our realtor crazy! Every part of the Island has something to offer but we chose Wailea because it is the best of the best. The climate is less windy, more sunshine, amazing restaurants and the most beautiful beaches in the world are just minutes away.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Having stayed at different locations in Maui we very much prefer the climate in Wailea. Wailea is refered to as the "Beverly Hills" of Maui and it is home to most of the five star hotels on the island. Kihei is just a quick 5 minute drive north and has a funky locate feel to it. We love being close to Ahih Bay were you can snorkel at the natural reserve. The Grand Champions Villas is a beautifully maintained complex. Most units are owner occupied and not rentals so it does'nt feel touristy. It is so relaxing and peaceful you really feel like your home.
