Welcome to our 8225 sq ft., four bedroom, four and a half bathroom villa. Beautiful property with 3 casitas, pool, bar and grill. Located about 500 yards from the beach, shops and restaurants in a tranquil residential area in thriving Jacó Beach.

The villa has a tropical mood, with palms, flowers and plants everywhere. Bring your wireless capable laptop and access high speed internet by the pool. Check-out and weekly housekeeping service are included in the rate. A cook can also be arranged.

The Villa has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 9, divided as follows:

Casita #1: 2 bedroom (1 Full bed each), 2 bathroom, sleeps 5 persons.
Casita #2: 1 bedroom (1 Full bed, 1 Twin bed), 1 bathroom, sleeps 3 persons.
Casita #3: 1 bedroom (1 Full bed), 1 bathroom, sleeps 2 persons.

The property has a lovely large pool with a real rock waterfall and plenty of lounge chairs. Next to the pool is a covered bar equipped with a gas grill, stereo, refrigerator, blender and bathroom.

Casita 1 is the main unit and has parking space for 2 cars. Casita 2 has its own separate street entry and parking space for 1 car. Casita 3 is behind Casita 1 and is reached by walking through a winding palm garden.
