This beautifully decorated "cozy cottage" has the old time charm of historic Leadville and all the comforts of home. Located on the northern side of town, everything is just steps away!
The cottage features three bedrooms (one bedroom with a queen, two rooms with twin beds and all are feather beds), one full bath with a shower/tub, a fully-equipped country kitchen with brand new appliances and a spacious family room.
In the Summer: Discover why Colorado's Upper Arkansas River Valley is considered by many the Capitol of Whitewater River Rafting. Additionally, enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, mountain climbing, exploring old ghost towns or simply relaxing in the cottage while you soak in the scenery of one of Colorado's oldest mining communities.
In the Winter: We have some of the country's best skiing. Only ten minutes to Ski Cooper and within easy driving distance of five other major ski areas (Copper Mountain, Vail/Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin). Additionally, enjoy great cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and more right outside your door.
