This Eastrim condo is located just fifty yards from the stairs that lead to the ski area. The unit features one bedroom with a queen bed, tv/vcr/dvd, and a loft area with a queen bed. Upstairs is a full bath.
On the first level, there are 2 queen sleeper sofas, and a complete stereo system with a 37" flatscreen TV, vcr/dvd. A rock fireplace adds the perfect ambience. The condo features a fully stocked kitchen,(towels and linens). Dining table seats 6. Full bath on main floor. From the scenic deck, equipped with BBQ, you may relax viewing the San Juan Needles Mountains.
Directly accross the street, opening ski season 2008/09, is Purgatory's brand new lodge complete with fitness center, spa, heated outdoor pool/water slide, and hot tub.

Everything as stated. Owner super nice! Fully stocked kitchen, whole place really clean! Only thing I would do different is stay longer!

Probably the best place we've stayed in at Purgatory. Comfortable accommodations, well equipped, great location, and a friendly owner.

The accomodations were great! Very nice bedding! Our family spent Christmas here and it was fabulous! We would definitely rent this one again! DMR has the best kids program ever!

Wonderful accommodations, the condo is exceptionally clean with comfortable furnishings (very comfie beds and bedding) and an adequately equipped kitchen for those that plan on preparing meals at home. We had only four guests, however, the unit could easily accommodate upto 8 without crowding. The amenities of the community center added to our family's enjoyment. Our children enjoyed the access of the wireless internet and workout areas while we (the adults) enjoyed the host and company of the lounge and the spa. The staff at the hotel were overly accommodating making our 5/6 day stay one to remember. The owner was easy to work with and kept in constant communication with us prior to our trip and even made a courtesy call on the evening that we checked in - this ranked high in our books!! We'll be back!!!
