This gorgeous new home was completed in September 2005. It is located on the Eagle river in Arrowhead. You can be in the Arrowhead ski parking lot in 90 seconds.

ACCOMMODATIONS: 5000 square foot home. Four bedrooms, four and a half baths.You can walk out the back patio and fish the Eagle river.
MAIN LEVEL: Gourmet kitchen with lots of granite counters. Hickory hardwood floors throughout the main level. Colorado style home with beam cathedral ceilings. There is a large living room with stone fireplace and TV. There is a full laundry room with linens furnished. Off the kitchen there is a office with internet access.
SECOND LEVEL: Large office area and master bedroom suite overlooking the river. Large bathroom and walk in closet.
LOWER LEVEL: Large family room with a flat screen TV and surround sound. There is a couch that makes into a double hide-a-bed. There are three bedrooms with full baths. ( One bedroom has a king-sized bed, the other 2 have queen beds.) A walk out patio with a hot tub overlooking the river.

This is a very beautiful home! From the floorplan to the furnishings, this is one of the nicest places we've stayed with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy. The owners are very accomodating and made our trip very easy & enjoyable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our family met here for our Christmas / holiday gift to each other; we are scattered from California to Texas. Wow, the home was perfect for our families. The layout with a game room and bedrooms downstairs kept the little ones and their parents together but gave my husband and I an escape to the master suite on the third level. The gourmet kitchen allowed us to enjoy our meals together ; each family cooked for one night then we just joined in together. All the bedding, towels, utilities met our needs. The televisions allowed us to watch the various bowl games and movies after a long day on the slopes. Our grand daughers enjoyed tubing in Beaver Creek while the oldest took ski lessons. The great bonus was the close proximity to Beaver Creek and Arrowhead since this was our first adventure to this ski area. We used the drop off spot for skiers and the parking lot with shuttle. Edwards is a cute town with little shops and easy eating spots. Loved the bookstore . This was a special treat and reminded our family of the beauty waiting to be discovered across our country.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Wonderful!! This property is everything plus! We could not have had a nicer stay. The owners made it a point to check on us and ask how things were. You can not go wrong - this is a beautiful home. Even better than our expectations. We had a family Christmas, the first in a long time. The setting could not have been more perfect! Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
