Original Knotty Pine, 1,700 square feet, offers peace and quite over looking four (4) acres of undeveloped pine trees, with a private back yard view of Billy Creek. Private, yet it offers security and convienence of being in the heart of town and is easily accessible off Highway 260 and (White Mountain Boulevard) no 4 Wheel drive needed.

Inside this beautiful log home has been recently redecorated.
It has three bedrooms, 3 baths, the huge master bedroom with King bed with new mattresses with extra floor space for a portable crib, and it also has its own outside deck.

The second guest bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2 people) also with a private screened patio.

The third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2 people)great for kids.
This home sleeps six 6 people comfortably with **($15.00 a night per person over 6 people - good quality inflatable mattress is available upon request). Upstair loft perfect for older kids, has a TV to use with your renters own video games.

The living room has NEW furniture, 26" Flat Screen TV, sofa and a large fireplace and a children's loft with separate TV for video games.
The kitchen is fully-equipped; including kitchen, cooking, and dining needs.
Nice bath towels and linens are provided based on a 6 person occupancy.
Outside the property sits in a private fenced four acre lot for kids to enjoy the open space, original tall pines and creek bed.
The three patios have a beautiful private view of Pinetop's Billy Creek Pond.
3 to 4 night minimum stays only.
