Three-story house built in 2001. First level is an efficiency with a queen bed, a pullout sofa, full bath, and kitchenette with microwave cooking. Built for an elderly person or anyone who cannot deal with steps. This is ground level.
The second level includes a kitchen/dining area, den, private bedroom and bath with a queen bed, powder room (1/2 bath) and wet bar. The front and back porch is connected by a wrap-around porch. The third level includes three bedrooms and two baths with a second level porch, the master bedroom has a king bed, another has twin beds, and the third has a queen and a single. All levels have separate zoned heat and air. The private pool is a nice size with lots of sundeck. The location is fabulous in terms of proximity to all resort area amenities, the beach, etc. Please ask about it's Sister house, "The Montrose II" which is next door and was built in 2002.
