This lovely beach house is located on the north side of the island, 1 block from Jaycee Park & The Guard House. A short 5 minute walk and you will be by the Lighthouse, North Beach Grill and be able to relax on the sandy beach! There is a beach cart that can make your trip to the beach even easier. You can also bring your critters to stay with you since Sandy's is pet friendly and has a fully fenced in back yard. We have a full service modern kitchen with all the items needed to fix a feast for the family that you can enjoy in the formal dining area with seating for six. In the mornings enjoy the coffee provided while sitting at the spacious breakfast bar. The living room has a large flat screen TV and plenty of space to unwind. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and balcony, there is also a queen bedroom upstairs, then a third bedroom downstairs with a queen bed & private bath. Need extra sleeping space? Don't worry there is also a queen air mattress that can work great for the kids! You can cookout using the grill, surf the internet with wifi, need to wash your clothes? Washer & dryer is included! Nice place for a family, 10 minute walk to the beach

This was a very roomy house for a family, full of light and very comfortable. The large upstairs bedroom was very roomy, like a large bonus room. The upstairs bathroom, off the queen bedroom, was a bit limited height-wise, but I am 6'3". The master bath pictured is the downstairs bedroom bath, so I guess either could be considered the master. The dishwasher tray and oven settings were a bit tricky, but not really a problem. The wifi was nice to have, and we enjoyed the seating on the porch. We also had plenty of room under the house to lock up our bikes safely, and the washer/dryer there were convenient. It was an easy 10-minute walk to the beach or the lighthouse, so it is well situated also near the Sundae Cafe and Sugar Shack, a block off US 80.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thank you Joy for making sure that everything was corrected for us. We really enjoyed our stay. *This second review is in addition to the first review that I made upon arrival at the house. I have to say that the property over all was very nice and everyone was helpful in making sure that we had an enjoyable stay.

Because the bed was completely made up when the house was cleaned it appeared that it had not been slept in. My guests love this house and you will too. Ok, so you arrive at your destination and everything "seems" to be in order. You walk around and look at all the rooms....they seem fine....nothing fancy sort of "shabby chic" I can deal with that! It gets closer to bedtime so you start getting ready for bed ....you pull back the covers and you take a closer look and you see a hair...no not a hair but HAIRS on the pillow. So you assume that a balding man must of slept here recently. Then you pull the sheets back and you see dog hair too.So the balding man must have slept with his hairy dog in your bed. Call the owners and get an answering machine. Not Good. I have stayed another time at Tybee Beach and let me just say that my stay was far from perfect then too but I just couldn't believe that this could happen twice in one lifetime!
