This cozy, log cabin is beautifully decorated with antiques and located in the San Juan River Village, only 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area. Magnificent views of the San Juan Mountains can be enjoyed from wrap-around decks on three sides and a balcony off the loft. The sound of the San Juan River at the bottom of the hill provides great relaxation. Free HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection is installed.
The cabin is easily accessible on a maintained road, just a short distance off Highway 160, six miles east of Pagosa Springs.
Hummingbird Haven will comfortably accommodate six persons but can sleep as many as eight. The bedroom downstairs has a queen-size bed and the loft bedroom has a full-size and trundle which pulls out to king-size. The sofa in the living room opens into a queen-size bed. There is a full bathroom downstairs.
All cooking and baking needs are provided in the kitchen. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. The dining and living room are tastefully furnished with some family heirlooms as well as a more modern satellite TV with DVD player and a gas log fireplace. The fireplace easily heats the cabin on the coldest nights, but electric radiant heat is also available. The loft also has a satellite TV.
Whether you need a cabin for skiing, a honeymoon retreat, or just a mountain get-away, HUMMINGBIRD HAVEN is the perfect place!

...We had the best time. We have come to Pagosa Springs for 4 years now. I think this was the best place yet. I like to ski. This is a really nice cabin, especially the upstairs. Can't thank you enough for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin. We've been to Colorado for numerous vacations and this cabin is by far nicer than any condos we've stayed at in the past. We stayed nice and warm while there and having a nice quiet place to come back to every evening was just great. We skied at Wolf Creek, snowmobiled, and also saw Mesa Verde National Park. We also enjoyed the mineral springs in Pagosa Springs. The roads have been dry the whole time and we couldn't have asked for nicer weather while here. My wife and myself are already planning on coming back this summer, possibly with another couple. Once again,Mary & LeRoy, thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin with us.

We enjoyed your cozy cabin during our ski trip! The warm 39 degree days of skiing were gorgeous! Our boys loved playing in the snow and sledding at the end of each day. Our favorite thing at night was to go out on the back porch and view the magestic STARS! Wow!!! Thank you so much!

We had a GREAT Thanksgiving at your lovely cabin. We came in hoping for snow, and sure enough Friday rolled around and we got between 5"-8". We spent the day skiing at Wolf Creek taking advantage of fresh powder. The night before after a great meal, we headed down to the Springs and spent the evening soaking. We had a wonderful time. This is our 2nd year in a row! We love the beautiful location and the log cabin. We came to rest and relax. We brought our mountain bikes for some exercise. The hummingbirds are great to watch! We saw a white tailed red fox on Sunday mornig in the back yard. It was beautiful! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home again. Hopefully we will be back next year. The drive is beautiful!
