The guestroom and guest bath are on the opposite side of the home for privacy, and furnished with a queen size bed.
The rental rate includes all utilities (except summer months), local telephone service, and basic cable TV. Cable TV can be upgraded if desired by tenant. High speed internet service is also available.
This is a Non-Smoking unit.
The Villa is only a short walk from all of the amenities that "Sun City Grand" is famous for.
