We are located in the Oakwood section of Grandezza, which is a 550 acre gated community. Our home is 100 yards from our neighborhood pool and two blocks from the Jr. Olympic-size pool located at the clubhouse. The clubhouse also houses a fitness center, spa, six Har-Tru lighted tennis courts, and restaurant.
Grandezza is located one mile east of Interstate 75 (Exit #123) on Ben Hill Griffin Parkway - ten minutes south of Southwest Florida International Airport - Close to Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Marco Island. We are across the street from the Germain Arena and the Miromar Outlet Mall.
