Location: Oceanside Village, Grand Strand - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA

Accommodations:  Modular Home, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 5-9)

Come and relax in our home away from home. We are located in beautiful Oceanside Village; a gated community with 24 hour security. We have a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool. There are also tennis courts and playgrounds for the children! We have just updated with new appliances, and new double bed along with new furniture in the living room!!!!!!

Also, for you that love to fish, we have 5 different stocked fishing ponds! We have 1 Double bed and twin bunk beds in the guest room, 1 Queen bed in Master bedroom, and a Sleeper Sofa. So there is plenty of room for your family. Also another great bonus there is a televison in both bedrooms along with vcrs! We also have our own private front beach parking for our guests!!!

Our own private beach is just a short walk or short ride (with golf cart) and is located next to the Conch Cafe. All you need to bring are your towels and bath accessories! If you need a home which is handicap accessible, you have found the right one! Our deck is also a great place for a picnic!

  • We had a great time at your beach home. It is very quiet and peaceful and has a wonderful family atmosphere! Our children really loved the heated indoor swimming pool, and the golf cart that we rented!!!!! The playground area is also very nice for the children to play, and to have a family picnic! We can't wait to go back and visit again!!!

  • This is a great place for families to bring their children. It's also a great place to relax. It's peaceful & quiet and seems to be very safe. We come to the beach for a week every year and sit on the beach for the biggest part of the day. We bring chairs, umbrellas - you name it we bring it. For a short trip like we took this time, it was nice to have a pool to sit by (we didn't want to bring all the beach stuff). It was also nice for the kids to be able to swim at night (that way my husband & I could watch them while sitting by the pool and not burning up in the hot sun). We had a great time and would love to be able to buy a place like it for ourselves - since we can't we hope to come here again.

  • Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and had plenty of room. The house had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed watching the ducks,geese and swans. Our family really loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Which are in walking distance. The playground is great. We also loved the volleyball court. The very best part are the owners. April was absolutely the nicest person to deal with. She called to make sure we arrived safely and that everything was to our satisfaction. It really means a lot to deal with such a nice Christian family when renting a home away from home. We have already reserved a place for next summer. We will tell all of our friends and family. It was absolutely GREAT!!!!!!
