We just stayed and this condo has everything and I mean everything you could need/want and then some! Nicely decorated, soft blush linens, towels, beach towels, chairs, games, books, appliance all top of the line....better than staying at the Ritz and didn't think there was any better! Nice pool with jaquzzi, grounds well maintained....you just cant find anything wrong...such a beautiful location, just walk down the stairs and a few steps away you are at the beach! We loved it and will come back again....Every attention to detail is covered...just bring your clothes

Well where do I start what a wonderful home from home you have we could not fault it one bit, we loved it there and was so sorry to leave on the Saturday. It was every thing that we had hoped for, clean highly furnished and everything that we needed, beautiful location, beautiful view, near to the beach. I could go on and on we will def be back to stay with you. I cannot praise it enough and the thoughtfull things like the card and the cake and all the other little things that went with it our stay. Thank you so much to you and your staff for a wonderful time at Dana Point Condo's and as for the weather well we live in the North of Engalnd so we are so very much used to a little rain and it didnt spoil our stay one bit. A Relaxing Oasis

Beth and Bill have gone to great lengths, above and beyond what we had expected in a vacation rental. My husband and I will never forget this beautifully decorated and luxurious condo and plan to make this Cleopatra By the Sea condo a regular destination. We opened the door on our arrival to seductive and rich scents. The condo was clean and all appliances worked well. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with anything we could ever imagine. I really packed way too much. Next time, I'll just bring a napsack, because all amenities were there. They also provided information on the surrounding areas, including maps, articles, and even a Ralph's grocery store discount card for shopping. The beds were the best beds we ever slept in, and the sheets were so velvety, I was reluctant to get out of bed in the morning. And the pillows were amazingly plump and bountiful. To rise in the morning to singing birds and an ocean view was immeasurable. The surroundings were quiet and relaxing. Parking was convenient, directly in front of the condo. I even read a whole book while there. There were TVs in every room, and there was free Internet access. I only went online on my own laptop for e-mail once. The beach was convenient and in a very nice area. We were so impressed with the area, my husband and I even investigated purchasing one of the condos in the same complex. But why buy when there's the Cleopatra condo? My husband and I visited the beach, went to many fine restaurants (Javier's is now my favorite Mexican restaurant), watched a Grand Prix bicycle race, and visited with friends in the area. My husband played golf while I visited shops with a friend and relaxed on the beach. I've never wanted so much to stay when the time came for us to depart. I have been labeled a hermit. I rarely venture outside our town, away from my creature comforts and conveniences, but I now consider the Cleopatra condo our "home away from home." Beth and Bill have created a traveler out of me now. We look forward to many more sojourns to this splendid paradise. Bob and Cissy, Reno, Nevada

Cleopatra is perfect

This unit is absolutely perfect. We literally felt like we were at our own home the entire week. The unit was well stocked and had all of the creature comforts that we find crucial in a vacation rental. The location was amazing (we had sand in our toes within minutes of leaving the front door). I strongly recommend this unit for a Southern California refuge!

Beth, Well, that didn't take long. We're missing Dana Point so much already that Julie has insisted we go again next year! Needless to say, I didn't put up too much resistance, and I'm sure that by now Abby is probably expecting to spend three weeks in Southern California every year for the rest of her life! Anyway, if we can do it this early (it's a record for us) we'd like to book Cleopatra with you for the first three weeks of August next year. That's from August 1 to August 22. The weather here is terrible. It's cold and and raining. That's all the impetus we need! And, again, thanks for everything you did for us this year. Alan

Hi Beth We returned home safely yesterday and I am now 'enjoying' my first day back at work. Still awake and its nearly 4pm so doing well. We really enjoyed our stay in your condo, Dana Point is as nice as you said and it was wonderful to be cooled the ocean air instead of using A/C. A very relaxing time was had by all the family. I just want to say that the welcome gift was a lovely gesture from you, we have never seen this done in our 10 years of renting villas and condo's, coupled with the experience of seeing your condo for the first time it was a fantastic start to our vacation in Dana Point and much appreciated by everyone. Hi Beth, Thank you so much for your welcome, we spent a great stay in south California. Of course we enjoyed a lot Cleopatra condo, so comfortable and so pleasant close to the beach where we spent some hours Tuesday afternoon, it was very sunny and warm. We visited Palm Springs and the Indian canyons, spent two hours in the area of Dana point harbor for watching whales, dolphins and sea- lions; we saw all of them; we visited San Diego and Sea world, and the harbor with the Aircraft carrier "USS Midway", then Los Angeles with of course Hollywood, Beverly hills and Universal studios. Plus shopping done in the outlet stores on the way of each city , our daughters are absolutely enjoyed. So many activities for one week, great atmosphere; we will not forget South California. What a great vacation! Both of your condos were first rate and Dana Point is simply a beautiful place to vacation. I think you spoke to Greg this morning who let you know we were leaving early - I had to get back to for business, but Joanna (who ended up staying in Harbor House) is staying til Saturday morning. So we have left Cleopatra and it is ready for your cleaning crew. Thanks again - our kids had a great time - it was tough getting them out of the pool each evening. Thank you very much for your card. We are surprised to get post from you. If you write Cleopatra is our "home - away from home" you are so right. It is a wonderful condo and we love it. Sometimes we sat at the patio and dreamed how we felt, if this condo would be our property. A wonderful feeling! Because since 1994 - in this year we stay at California for the first time and got married in Las Vegas - our dream is to live in your country. The fullfilment of this dream is so far away. But not our next vacation. Next year we make all new in our livingroom and in 2006 we have our next vacation again - for the 7th time - at California and, maybe, again in Dana Point. You say thank you for case of your property. It is a matter of course for us and we are glad, that you are satisfied with us for guests. At last I want to remember, that my knowledge in your language is not very good. And so I hope, you understand everything I wrote in this letter. We thank you again for the wonderful place for vacation; we hope in 2006 is everything fine and we can come back to Cleopatra for 3 wonderful weeks. We had a great time there on our honeymoon. We really enjoyed your place. Dana Point is great. It's quiet but close enough to everything we wanted to do. We took a day trip to San Diego, a day at Disneyland, went to church at the Crystal Cathedral, and had a few nice days at the beach.
