Get togethers are a must around the private seasonally heated pool, encased with such extras as illuminated lighting, natural gas grill, extensive landscaping, a large pool deck, and a small waterfall! We also have a lime tree so if you time it right you'll have fresh fruit!
The cottage also has 2 very nice decks, Master-bath Jacuzzi, and Nintendo and XBOX (with many games) for the kids and their own mini refrigerator on the 3rd floor Widow's Watch loft, 5 TVs, several DVDs and VCRs, and even has an outdoor shower. The cottage is located in the absolute best place in Destin's Crystal Beach community.
Crystal Beach is a large area and covers many blocks. Our cottage is absolutely perfectly located to walk to almost anything. Two blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to the upscale Destin Commons outdoor shopping mall (with stores such as Bass Pro Shop, Victoria's Secret, Talbots, Ann Taylor, Belk, Abercrombie & Fitch, etc etc etc), a 14 movie stadium seating theater, and an easy walk to countless restaurants (such as Hard Rock Cafe, Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Cracker Barrel, Chilies, Camilles, Johnny O'Quigleys Pub, Beachwalk Cafe, Panera Bread, Bluepoint Fish Club, The Grape Wine Bar, Johnny Rockets, Sushi Slam, Starbucks, Bonefish Grill etc etc etc).

The house was great. The pool in the back yard was wonderful, the lime tree in the front yard was refreshing. The ammenities offered were second to none, we will be back next summer and we cant waitRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I stayed at Waterfall Cottage in Crystal Beach with 4 teens (3 of our own and a friend). The house was ideally located for us with beach and shopping within walking distance for the kids. The pool was also a big hit. We enjoyed snorkeling, parasailing and a visit to the Gulfarium. We would definitely stay at Waterfall Cottage again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed here for a week last week in June first week July 2011. We LOVE this house. It is very clean, roomy, love the pool with waterfall, it also has a lime tree in front. It's a charming house. We would love to stay here again next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
