Why the Owner Chose Puamana
We both fell in love the moment we arrived on Kauai's North Shore. We just felt like this place was "home" - energetically and geographically.
Joe put it this way, "The outside of this place matches the inside of me."
We continue, every trip, to fall more deeply under the spell of this magical place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We LOVE being able to walk out the door and down the footpath to Anini Beach. In five minutes we're at the best swimming beach on the North Shore, protected by a 2-mile long reef. A colony of sea turtles lives here and we never tire of being in the water with them.
One of the main reasons we bought in this condo complex is because it's way off the main drag through Princeville, Ka Haku Road, so it's very quiet. The residents are mainly full time owners so it has a homey, neighborly feel.
Also, being up on the bluff, we always get the sea breeze, even on the rare occasions when the trade winds stop blowing.
And, while we have all the benefits of being in Princeville - the grocery store and bank and restaurants a 10 minute walk up the road - we are
only a five minute drive from Hanalei and the Bay, just named the best beach in America. The best of all worlds.
A footpath next to the Westin Resort leads down to the northern tip of Anini Beach.

We have no human children, but consider our Siberian Husky, Shaktipad (more affectionately known as Poodie), to be our child.
Being nature lovers and very health conscious, Joe is a vegan and I'm a vegetarian.
Our favorite social activity is gathering and cooking with friends, and the condo is a perfect place for that!
