Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf from the 76 foot long veranda. Two master suites with private sitting areas(one king bed/ one queen bed with sleeper sofa, too). Comfortable, spacious family/kitchen area. This home lives well for families.
The house is located on a one acre lot with plenty of privacy. We do not have houses on either side of our home. Natural native vegetation protects you from other homes. The pool is completely private from street view. The boardwalk to the beach is directly across the street from the house. One of the Plantation's newly renovated tennis courts is across the street. New hardwood floors and carpet in Jan 2005. New appliances in 2007. Two flat screen TV's; one in LR and other in King Master BDR; other TV's and DVD's in other rooms.
WINTER SPECIAL!! Rent Beach Thyme for $1755/week between Oct 15, 2009 and Feb 28, 2010. Monthy rental will be just $3000/month for the same time period.
