"Beach Time" begins with an awesome, unobstructed, 180 degree view of the beautiful white-sand, Emerald Coast beach just outside the large windows and glass doors on the southside of this luxury condominium. Your gaze may even turn into a stare as the ocean view relaxes you. Time slows down.
Watch the pelicans and the seagulls fly over the aqua-blue waters on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Outside the sliding glass doors is a patio with lounge chairs and tables so that you can take in the sights and sounds of the beach and also feel the fresh ocean breeze and smell the salt air. There is nothing between you, the dunes, the beach, and the ocean. Adagio is 11 private acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with a 1700 square foot beachfront infinity pool and an interior 8000 square foot 3 tiered waterfall pool. There is a state of the art fitness center, hot tub, conference room and an outdoor grilling area equipped with four large Viking Gas Grills and four charcoal grills.?
"Beach Time" is a single level, 2500 square foot, professionally decorated, four bedroom, three bath condominium with ten-foot ceilings, travertine floors, a fully-equipped kitchen, large plasma televisions in all the rooms, and features secured high-speed Internet access Wi-Fi. The main living area, which overlooks the beach is nice and bright being an end unit.
Updates have been made this year [2012] with the addition of a new sofa, more seating in the living area, and new wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms.
The well appointed master bedroom has a 42 inch flat screen, that is easily viewed from the king-size bed. The master bathroom features an oversized whirlpool tub, a double headed glass shower with built-in seating, and tumbled marble walls and floors. The fully-equipped kitchen has all stainless steel Viking appliances, a separate high capacity icemaker, and tumbled marble back splashes.
Pictures of all bedrooms can be viewed later on in this listing. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and bedroom number four has 2 queen beds. The hall from the bedrooms leads to the non-oceanside door, which is a ten second walk to the fabulous 8000 square foot swimming pool.
This beautiful swimming pool has three tiers, a fountain, and two waterfalls. If you would like, you can relax in the large whirlpool spa overlooking the pool. Or maybe you use the whirlpool spa for relaxation, after working out in the well-equipped fitness center onsite.
The Adagio Complex has an onsite rental office, and will cater to any of your normal and unexpected needs during your stay. "Beach Time" has two reserved parking spots; one is underground, covered parking, and the other is right outside the back door. You will fall in love with "Beach Time" for its beauty, luxury, convenience, and its ability to relax you.
