Located in beautiful South Scottsdale, Arizona, USA (Phoenix area), we have two apartments for rent.
Both apartments are identical in layout and furnished in a similar southwest style. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and each comfortably accommodates 4-6 people. One is a 2nd floor suite and the other is on the ground floor. The apartments are located within a very private and quiet 24 unit apartment complex, which borders a large community park and middle school.
If you're visiting Arizona State University (ASU), your apartment is located only about 4 miles from the main campus and downtown Tempe. Or, if shopping is your thing, the famous (and deservedly so) Scottsdale Fashion Square is about 10 minutes away. If they don't have it at the Square, then it's not in style.
Old town Scottsdale is only a few minutes away. Just be sure to allow several hours for gallery browsing and souvenir shopping.
Of course, if you're a golfer, there are more courses within a 30 minute radius than you could ever hope to play. And every one of them will have you bragging to your golf buddies at home.
And, if you're so inclined, the famous Casino Arizona is less than 2 miles away. Double down! Let it ride! and then enjoy dinner and a show.
Each apartment has two large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. There are also two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a stacked washer & dryer for your convenience. The living room has a pull-out queen-size couch for any extra guests along with the obligatory TV and DVD player.
We also have free high-speed wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) so you can check your email, book your tees times, Google places to visit, or send digital pictures home to make your friends jealous.
The apartments are only steps away from the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. There's nothing better than cooling off in the pool after a hard day of relaxing in Phoenix!
The property has lots of covered parking, so your car won't get too hot waiting for you.
NO SMOKING is allowed in our apartments - violators will be charged a $200 cleaning fee.

Reservations: 25% Deposit with Reservation, Balance 60 Days Prior to Arrival.
Cancellation: 10% Penalty If Within 45 Days of Arrival Else Full Amount of Rental.
Cleaning Fee: $40 Per Visit. Refundable Security Deposit: $100.
