Designer Parade of Homes Selection in the foothills of Santa Fe located in a private neighborhood with a hot tub and beautiful 270 degree sunset views of the Jemez Mountains. This is a 4 Star Accommodation.
This eco-designed house has a chefs kitchen with stainless steel & designer hood. The three master suites offer Kohler fixtures, custom knotty alder vanities and natural stone throughout. The great room has vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace and expansive views. You will enjoy privacy and solitude on this 1 acre of rolling hills and pinon trees.
The upstairs master suite offers a private deck, comfortable king bed and 2 person Jacuzzi bath, large stone shower and a walk-in closet. The 2nd downstairs master suite offers beautiful stone shower/Jacuzzi bath, a king bed and 15 foot vaulted ceilings. The 3rd suite - guest wing/nanny quarters offers a stone shower and queen pillow top bed. The media room also has a day bed and trundle for sleeping and we have 2 single rollaways available upon request for a small fee. Sit back and relax on the private patios with mountain views while you dine and look at the beautiful Santa Fe sunset behind the Jemez Mountains. We also have a 700 square foot Casita Guest House with a full kitchen, jacuzzi bath, king bed, sofa sleeper, stone fireplace and amazing mountain/sunset views that can be rented at a discount with the main house.
Families with kids or active couples will be comfortably accommodated in this spacious modern Santa Fe home. Our location offers you a secluded high desert mountain feel that is still close to town as one road, Alameda, takes you directly to the Historic Plaza.
Policies: 1. Deposits & Cancellation Policy: 50% at booking, 50% 45 days before arrival. No refunds within 45 days before arrival, unless unit is re-rented, in which case you will incur a 25% cancellation fee. 2. Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am. 3. No smoking inside unit. Violation fees up to $500. 4. Pets: Dogs allowed with a $15/nt fee. 5. We are not liable for personal injuries or illnesses on property. 6. There were 2 families and we really enjoyed the house. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Kids very much enjoyed it. Kitched was very well equipped. Therefore big breakfast before skiing made it very convinient. Great getaway home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
