This new house is eco-designed, close to the Historic Plaza & Famous Santa Fe Opera and has full multi-media capabilities (wi-fi, cable, media room, office) for business and/or family needs. The professional kitchen features stainless steel Viking & Miele appliances & a designer hood. The three master suites offer Kohler Jacuzzi baths, custom knotty alder vanities and natural stone throughout. The guest wing/nanny suite has a private bath, kitchenette, separate entrance & stone patio.

This compound offers 4000 square feet of space with three private wings, a fourth bedroom/media room, dining area, gourmet kitchen and great room with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace and a separate Casita Guest House. In addition, all rooms offer some of the best views in Santa Fe. You will enjoy privacy and solitude on this 1 acre of rolling hills and pine trees. Our professional interior designer chose cozy southwest decor with Jacuzzi bathtubs, custom cabinetry, natural stonework & a wood burning fireplace.

The designer also commissioned South African artist/painter Andre Durand to custom paint various textures and faux throughout this unique designer home. The upstairs master suite offers a private deck, comfortable queen pillow-top bed and 2 person Jacuzzi bath, large stone shower and his/her sinks/closets. The 2nd downstairs master suite offers beautiful stone shower/Jacuzzi bath, a queen pillow-top bed and 15 foot vaulted ceilings. The 3rd suite - guest wing/nanny quarters offers a kitchenette, stone shower and queen pillow top bed. The media room also has a large brown leather couch and a futon for sleeping. Sit back and relax on the private patios with mountain views while you dine and look at the beautiful Santa Fe sunset behind the Jemez Mountains. We also have a 700 square foot Casita Guest House with a full kitchen, jacuzzi bath, pillow-top queen bed, large LCD with surround sound, sofa sleeper, stone fireplace and amazing mountain/sunset views! This property has both contemporary and traditional influences with the finest Santa Fe style furniture, fixtures & accessories which includes a chocolate leather western couch, native rugs and southwest art throughout.   • What an absolutely incredible house and casita! Brand new appliances, comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of space AND we had 12 of us there!! Just minutes from anything you need but not too close either!! And talk about great views/sunsets!! First place I will look to stay next time I'm in Santa Fe. Gordy and Tatiana were very friendly, prompt, and helpful before and after our stay.

  • A small group of us used the house for a five-and-a- half day contemplative retreat. What a wonderful, peaceful, warm place for deep reflection. We felt well held in the comfort and beauty of the house, and Tatiana and Gordy were so helpful and made it all very easy. Thank you both. We're looking forward to our next stay in January.

  • In May, our family decided to gather for a little reunion. This was the 1st time all of the kids and grandkids were going to be together. 4 of us flew out from Jacksonville, Fl, 3 from Texas, and everyone else lived in New Mexico. From the moment we walked in the front door we felt at home. There were 7 of us in the house and it felt warm and cozy yet we were all able to have privacy. The views from the master balcony were wonderful. We kept the doors and windows open at night to fall asleep to the gentle mountain breeze. We stayed for 7 glorious nights and none of us wanted to leave. When we talked to our "roommates" after we got home they all went through a little mourning period missing this beautiful house. This experience has spoiled us for all other vacation spots. We will no longer be able to stay in hotels and we are looking forward to coming back to Santa Fe and our "home away from home".   • Stayed for 3 precious nights in this stunning home. The views simply melt one's heart. What is amazing is how the furnishings, art and other decorations totally flow with the profound natural views that bless the eyes from the abundant windows. Great stone tub in the master bath. In 10 minutes you can drive from this private villa into the town square. Overall, one of the best lodging experiences I have ever had. Many thanks to Gordie and Tatiana. Warmly, Marc
