The professional kitchen features stainless steel Viking & Miele appliances & a designer hood. The three master suites offer Kohler Jacuzzi baths, custom knotty alder vanities and natural stone throughout. The guest wing/nanny suite has a private bath, kitchenette, separate entrance & stone patio.
This compound offers 4000 square feet of space with three private wings, a fourth bedroom/media room, dining area, gourmet kitchen and great room with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace and a separate Casita Guest House. In addition, all rooms offer some of the best views in Santa Fe. You will enjoy privacy and solitude on this 1 acre of rolling hills and pine trees. Our professional interior designer chose cozy southwest decor with Jacuzzi bathtubs, custom cabinetry, natural stonework & a wood burning fireplace.
The designer also commissioned South African artist/painter Andre Durand to custom paint various textures and faux throughout this unique designer home. The upstairs master suite offers a private deck, comfortable queen pillow-top bed and 2 person Jacuzzi bath, large stone shower and his/her sinks/closets. The 2nd downstairs master suite offers beautiful stone shower/Jacuzzi bath, a queen pillow-top bed and 15 foot vaulted ceilings. The 3rd suite - guest wing/nanny quarters offers a kitchenette, stone shower and queen pillow top bed. The media room also has a large brown leather couch and a futon for sleeping.
