This Luxurious, four bedroom, three bathroom home is located in the stunning Terra Verde Gated Resort. Our elegant home is fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms which consists of a Master en-suite bedroom with a Queen size bed. A Mickey Mouse theme bunk bed room with a games area which contains a games table, xbox with 30 games TV, DVD Player, Portable radio/CD Player, selection of toys. A second twinroom with 2 options of decor. Option A. is fish themed, with Finding Nemo pictures, fish sheets & comforters. Option B is a Lion Theme with Lion pictures & patterned comforters. For the less-abled, there is one double bedroom & bathroom located on the ground floor. There is also a Queen size sofa bed in the lounge Area.
All bedrooms have their own Cable TV plus a DVD player, together with a selection of DVD films suitable for all of the family. There is also now a DVD rental service available within the clubhouse.
Our home has its own private pool (heated upon request) with a child safety net/guard; which is fully screened with an extended deck and complete with patio furniture, backing onto a south facing conservation area.
A short 5 minute walk to the clubhouse offers you another large community pool, work-out room, internet room, Tiki bar, Children's play area, Bocci ball, and DVD rental. You will love the location, just a few miles from all major attractions... Disney World, Universal Studio's, Seaworld etc....

Hi Stephen and Shirley Just dropping you a line to say how much we enjoyed the time we spent at your villa. The accomodation was excellent (comfortable, spacious, very clean) and easily accesible to all the attractions. As you know there is so much to do in Florida so unfortunately we did not have time to check out the club house. We were a party of 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space and privacy, so much so we didn't have a single falling out!!! We certainly hope we can recomend you to our friends and family.
