Located in the Canmore Crossing development, which is just over a year old; minutes from Canmore town centre. The condominium is 690 square feet and is located on the third floor with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Shared facilities in the building include a rooftop hot tub and fitness room. There’s underground heated parking with elevator (and stairway) access.
The carpeted living area is cozy and comfortable with a feature river rock gas fireplace. A 2 seater sofa and 3 seater sofa (convertible Queen-sized bed) provide a comfortable place to sit and admire the mountain views. Access to the private balcony with BBQ is via the living area. For your entertainment, there is a TV with Cable, DVD player, and mini hi-fi system. The condominium has its own telephone and there is no charge for local calls. Long distance calls can be charged to a calling card.
The bedroom contains a Queen-sized bed with plenty of closet space for all of your clothes. All linen, duvets, and pillows are included for the bedroom and convertible bed. The well appointed bathroom contains bath/shower, toilet, and wash basin, along with towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All dishes, glassware, linens, and cookware are included for up to 4 people. Additional appliances include coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender.
Housekeeping is provided before and after each visit. Daily housekeeping can also be arranged with reception at a fee.
Canmore is an ideal vacation destination, located in the bow river valley at the feet of the Canadian Rockies. Its outgoing, friendly population have made it as fast growing tourist centre. Whatever the time of year there is no shortage of things to do close at hand.
