Living Room - Saddle Creek, Steamboat Springs Lodging Saddle Creek Townhomes are located one mile and minutes away from the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. The free ski/city bus stop is 150 feet from our townhome. This clean, upscale unit offers three bedrooms, three full baths, heated One-car garage, and all the comforts of home. This beautiful town home is our home-away-from-home. We love spending time in Steamboat and when we are not here we like to rent to families who will want to return to our home because it is truly comfortable and delightful. We do not over rent. The spacious floor plan (approximately 1700 square feet) consists of two levels. The top level features vaulted ceilings, an open great room with kitchen, dining and living area creating a cozy setting for relaxation, dining, and watching TV around the river-rock fireplace. The kitchen has granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and is fully equipped for casual snacks or family meals. Enjoy the sunset from the front porch or the deck off the great room. The deck has a gas barbecue for your use. Adjacent to the great room is a roomy master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and master bath with granite counter tops and travertine tile. The large deck off the master bedroom features a private hot tub and view of the ski mountain. The downstairs has two bedrooms; one with a queen-size bed and the other with a trundle bed. Both downstairs bedrooms have full baths that offer granite counter tops and travertine tile. There is also a full-size washer and dryer on the downstairs level. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay in our home. Steamboat is truly a year-round vacation spot and we hope this will be the beginning of many memorable trips to this mountain paradise. Please check our availability calendar for rental dates. * During ski season the ski/city bus runs every 15 minutes from 7 AM until midnight. * A baby crib is in the unit for your convenience. * Answering machine is provided for taking messages when you are out enjoying the mountains. * Wireless Internet in unit. * Please, no smoking or pets.
