Welcome to our private, spacious, 1147-square-foot, two-bedroom, Frostfire condominium with all of the comforts of home - and more. For our guests who stay three days or more, Frostfire's California owners welcome you with a complimentary bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Snake River and the protected Frostfire wetlands are your backyard. Grill your dinner on our ground-floor deck with unobstructed views of the Snake River, the wetlands and Keystone’s ski slopes. In the summer, hop on your bike and explore Summit County's 80-mile bike trail, just steps from your back door.
During the winter, grab your skis or snowboard and take a short walk over the bridge to the Mountain House base area to the Argentine, Packsaddle, and Peru lifts at Keystone. Our unit is a closer to the lifts than Keystone's main parking lot. After a full day of activities, come home to soak in one of two soothing hot tubs with views of Keystone’s slopes, which are also open for night skiing. Since Frostfire is a small condominium complex (30 units), you will not have to worry about a crowded hot tub or problems with parking.
Stroll to the River Run base area to enjoy shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The famous Snake River Saloon is steps from our parking lot. Cross over Highway Six and you will find even more restaurants and shops, including the best margaritas and Mexican food in town. Nearby towns of Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge provide abundant dining and entertainment opportunities, including free concerts and fireworks in summer.
Ski Colorado's nearby resorts: we are six minutes from Arapahoe Basin, within 20 minutes from Breckenridge, Copper, and Loveland, and 35 minutes from Vail.
Our Frostfire unit sleeps nine - each bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a daybed. The trundle bed in the master bedroom pulls out to sleep two. A single daybed in the second bedroom sleeps an additional person. The living room sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper if you need more space. The dining area seats six at the table, with an additional seating for four at the kitchen counter area. The condominium's living room and dining areas feature beautiful views of the Frostfire wetlands framed by nearby Keystone ski slopes. There's room galore; even with a full house you will not feel crowded.
For summertime fun, Summit County's 80-mile-long bike path is steps away. Anglers can grab their rods and reels and find fishing spots close by at the river or beaver ponds. The Keystone Ranch Golf Course is just minutes away. Vacationers can rent motor or sail boats at Lake Dillon (five minutes away) or take a paddleboat out on Keystone Lake, a five-minute walk. Rent and ride bicycles, hike, golf, go river rafting, or just sit back and enjoy the clean mountain air and listen to the Snake River babble its way to Lake Dillon. It's all good!
