The Villa (main unit) has a living room with a cozy fireplace, large screen CableTV/VCR/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a queen sofa bed which sleeps two. The dining area leads onto a balcony through double french doors. Both the living and dining areas have incredable golf course views. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is bar seating at the counter. Double doors lead to the master suite with a king size bed. It also has a fireplace, ceiling fan, CableTV/VCR/DVD and french doors which lead out to the private balcony with panoramic golf course views. The master bath has dual sinks, a separate shower, and a large spa tub. A seperate laundry room with washer and dryer is adjacent to the kitchen.
The Casita (adjoining unit) can be locked off from the Villa. It has a separate entrance which allows it to be rented separately. It has a living area with a queen sofa bed that sleeps two, a CableTV/VCR/DVD, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchenette is complete with a cooktop, coffee maker, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The dining area features a Bistro table and chairs. Nearby is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom.
