You Will Love This Home! It features 5 large bedrooms, 4 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, & 2 comfortable futons in the family room. The 4 kings have their own full bathrooms plus there is an outdoor shower with hot/cold water. It has a big private lanai with a 16 x 30' swimming pool, lava rock waterfall and expansive 180 degreee ocean view (totally awesome). You are located in an very quiet, upscale, safe neighborhood close to a 3 mile trail used for early morning walks, biking or jogging. (no tourist traffic or noise)
Only 2 miles away is the Keauhou shopping center, Kona Golf Course and Magic Sands Beach (1 more mile from shopping center). Kona Town is 10 mintues away. Costco is 20 min, Safeway is 7 min, airport is 15.
The large master bedroom, on the main level, features a comfortable king bed, rattan tropical furniture, jetted tub, skylight and huge double-headed shower with view to the secluded back yard dripping with tropicana. It has a slider and door to pool lanai and door to back yard.
Then there are three large bedrooms also on main level, all have king size comfortable beds. They are also situated around the pool and lanai which gives you total seclusion. All are all decorated with rattan furniture and have full bathrooms with a tub/shower, toilet, vanity w/built-in hair dryer, tv's, refrigerator, and ceilinig fan and WI FI. the all have slider and door to pool lanai.
This home is very clean and has screens on all windows and doors. The cleaning crew takes great pride in making you feel like this is your own home. You are supplied towels and beach towels. We also supply beach chairs, cooler, mats, pool toys.
The 5th bedroom on lower level has a queen bed, TV and ceiling fan. There is also a family room with two futon spring mattress sofa/beds that make into full beds. They are very comforable.
The extra-large kitchen features two islands, skylight, ceiling fan and is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. There is a gas bbq on back lanai. The sunken living room which views the private back yard features cathedral ceilings, big bamboo furniture, TV, VCR, and a fountain.
There is free High Speed Internet and wireless available for your laptop.
The secluded back yard has an big bamboo outdoor shower and the back yard is large enough for outdoor games and patio for barbecuing. It has also hosted a few small weddings!
There is also a utility room with washer and dryer and extra refrigerator.
Keauhou Bay offers early morning kayaking every Mon, Wed and Fri. Often you can swim with the dolphins, and see whales 20' away!
Tropical breezes, with fragrant smells float through the air and you can often smell Kona coffee roasting in nearby orchards.

This is a very quiet, dead end street, at a cooler elevation than sea level. You don't hear street noise. It has an awesome view of the ocean. The back yard is totally private.

We had such a wonderful vacation based at this house. We loved having breakfast and/or dinner outside next to the pool. It was relaxing, often with a cool breeze, and the view of the harbor was a lovely backdrop. The kitchen and main living room were often a hub of activity for our family (if the kids weren't in the pool) and conveniently arranged. The master bedroom and bath were spacious and my husband and I felt pampered. We liked the fact that a grocery store, post office, and a popular snorkeling beach were nearby. If you have a car, even downtown Kona, Honaunau, coffee plantations, and Kohala beaches are a reasonable drive away.

This was my retirement and family vacation...this house was perfect for all of us. The house has a great layout...lots of privacy for the bedrooms. The house had everything we needed. Loved the pool and the sunsets each nite were amazing. The location was great for traveling to Kona and everywhere else. Would definitely love to come back here again.

WOW! Our party of fourteen just spent 12 nights at this wonderful rental. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and well equipped. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the pool and view from the terrace. The home was close to shopping and beatiful beaches. Tina, thanks for making the additional beds available. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again soon.

Our entire family of 10 loved the house. The view is fantastic, not just for the beautiful evening sunsets but early morning views while sipping morning coffee by the pool was one of our favorite activities! Great amenities, furnishings, beds, and baths made our stay truly memorable. Terrific location, great access to local attractions. While the house is in a gorgeous neighborhood, the property gives great privacy and a feeling of seclution. We hope to get back some day - highly recommended!

The owner thought of everything for our comfort...beach towels and toys, snokeling gear, cooking tools...all the little amenities on top of the most lovely of accomodations. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house was well maintained and very clean...it is everything the web site says it is!

Although there is not a dinning room table we did eat out side and used the table out there. It was really nice to have 2 dryers with all us washing our clothes.
