The property was more than adequate with many amenities.

The one bedroom studio was adequate for one or two people. The unit faced the highway which meant there was a great deal of road noise. Being a resort, there were times when the accompanying units housed people who were not considerate of others. Two nights there were people at 2 o'clock in the morning shouting and playing loud music, very rude. As a guest, there was nothing I could do but notify guest services. After notifying guest services, nothing was done to correct the annoying behavior. The property was well maintained and housekeeping did a great job cleaning.

Bare Essentials

Overall, decent with bare essentials provided. No bells or whistles. Definitely not the Grand Floridian...LOL In fairness, the studio was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly. I felt safe. It just lacked the wow factor. Furniture was a bit dated and it felt like we were staying on a compound (very tight and crowded). Pools were a bit small and lake appeared overgrown and "un-manicured". Lots of construction!! As far as the parking is concerned, we were in the 1600 building and we didnt have parking issues as described by other patrons but I can definitely see where it can be a problem for other buildings. Best of all parking was FREE!! Oh and I never felt pressured to purchase a time-share. It was offered, I declined and that was it!

Not Impressed

Not impressed with the service or room! Very long wait line for check in. Guest services is too concerned with time-share and doesn't focus on customer who is right in front of them. Once they know that you are not interested in the time-share, their attitude changes towards you. Front desk/guest services is never available when you try to call them for anything. Room is very small and everything is very dated. Parking is very horrible! There is never enough parking near your room! We often got back late from the theme parks and we'd have to park about half a mile or more from our room, carrying our young sleepy children and bags. I won't be staying there again!
