The unit is located on The Cape in Horseshoe Bay and is a short walking distance from the brand new Marriott Resort. This beautifully decorated three story home has three bedrooms, two and one half baths including a third story private master suite with sitting room, fireplace, game table, wet bar with refrigerator, Jacuzzi tub and private deck for enjoying your morning coffee. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the oversized deck off the main living area while you BBQ on the gas grill. The townhouse includes a covered boat dock with electric lift (which can accomodate a 24 ft boat)where you can enjoy the shade or dive into the lake for a swim. Three bedrooms include a king in the master, full and two twins. In addition the master has a cot and additional mattress. Each bedroom has their own satellite TV as well as one in the family room. DVD players are available in the family room, master suite & 3rd bedroom. Horseshoe Bay, Texas is located approximately 45 minutes northwest of Austin and 1 1/2 hours north of San Antonio.
