GATED PROPERTY WITH UPSTAIRS LIVING AREA AND LARGE SPA - Baja California Sur, Mexico Rental Beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez with this three bedroom, three and a half bath home with private outdoor spa upstairs overlooking the Sea of Cortez. There is also a separate guest house studio available weekly at 500 dollars. In the winter this house has great protection from the wind that sometimes comes off the sea of Cortez which is a great magnet for kite boarding and wind surfing. House has large kitchen with gas downdraft burners and grill. There is also a separate oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the kitchen gadgets, coffee maker, toaster, blenders and more. Brunswick pool table is located in the bar living room area. Surround sound stereo with Sirius and also dish network out of New York! There is also plenty of couches and a hide a bed in the game room as well as another hide-a-bed in the formal living room. Large dining area seats eight, and pool table has a top cover if more table space is needed. The large bar is great for entertaining and viewing the Sea of Cortez and Rancho Leonaro and Los Barilles off in the distant, and Ceralvo Island on clear days. Watch the sportfishers come and go every day. Gated and walled property with huge selection of tropical plants in the oversized garden. Walk to the beach, town is all walking distance although from the hill where this property is located it is very secluded and private. Sunrise in the morning on the sea of Cortez and sunset in the evening on the mountains to the west. Dish Satellite with 2 receivers, and high speed internet also with wi fi. Fishing is very good year round, with Marlin, Tuna and Mahi Mahi (Dorado) right out front on the Sea of Cortez. Charters are available. Hiking and rock climbing are three miles away at flattop mountain. Rock falls and hot springs are located outside Santiago which is ten miles away. Wind surfing and kite surfing are right off the beach and Los Barrilles is close by for rentals, and there are ATV rentals there that will deliver ATVs to La Ribera. Ride for miles on the beach or up the many arroyos. Nightlife is happening at Light House, and also plenty of nightlife in Los Barilles. This is a great retreat with nice weather every day, and the ocean close by. Calendar is seldom updated so email for availability.
