Vaulted ceilings let in lots of light. Granite tile counters in the large fully-equipped kitchen. Hardwood floors, free WiFi, free cable and full-size washer and dryer in unit. Living room has comfortable leather furniture, flatscreen, games and gas fireplace. Dining table seats 8, child's high chair in hall closet and the kitchen bar seats 3. The lower level features a patio with Summit County's cleanest hot tub facing the river, a wet bar, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and garage entry. Walk right out to the recreation/bike path that runs along the river.
