It is 1 block from Schooner's & 3/4 mile from St. Andrews Park. Custom built with all the extras. Home has three levels. First master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in shower with Italian tile and double sinks. Kitchen with state of the art stainless appliances, corian countertops, living room and dining room with hard-wood floors and beautiful furniture with a beach flair.
Second level has two master suites with queen bed in one,twin beds & a sleep sofa in the other & private baths in each with double sinks. Third level has a wet bar with sink and refrigerator. There are two twin beds on this level plus a love seat that a child can sleep on. Beautiful view of ocean from this level. Porch or balcony on every level for sitting and watching the sunsets and ocean.

The house is a well designed and spacious house for an extended family of our size. The kids and grandkids had a great time (we did too) and the layout of the house helped that to happen. With three floors there can be good division and space between the sleeping areas. I have to say I really enjoyed the size of that shower in the master bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked to handle our family style meals. The kids made good use of the beach chairs, toys and kick boards that were available - both at the beach and the pool. It was nice to have the pool to lounge around and to also float around in. The beach was very close (two house lots and one street). The owner was very helpful and responsive in all phases of our transactions.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.
