This condo is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The decor is wonderful, and the condo is clean and well maintained. If you enjoy quiet, this is the place for you. I would recommend this condo to anyone We enjoyed having .breakfast at Full of Beans in Seascape Village every morning.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

Beautiful Home and Setting, but NOT for toddlers

This home is beautiful, clean, well maintained and nicely located. The furniture is lovely, the kitchen was stocked well, the patio is adorable. My issue is only in that it is not toddler friendly; the patio is open to the complex, the railing on the third floor isn't child safe and the bed there is pushed up against the railing so kids can climb over and fall off the third floor easily. And my biggest complaint was that after I was clear about having two year old twins I wasn't warned that they would not be allowed to go into the pool with swim diapers. Therefore we could not use the amenity for which I had booked the townhouse. I would recommend this to anyone with kids over the age of four.

August - What a beautiful and relaxing place to spend our family vacation. Walks to the beach in the morning to find sand dollars; afternoons of body surfing and watching dolphins play. Evenings on the pier and boardwalk.. Great weekend.

We spent a very relaxing week here in Aptos. We loved walking to the beach and the kids especially loved the warm pool. We were comfortable here in the condo, and had fun going up to Santa Cruz Boardwalk and down to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The kids scootered up and down the street. We would love to make this beautiful spot a yearly tradition.

We had a great time. We walked to the beach, swam in the waves, made sand castles and watched the sunset. We enjoyed the warm pool and the cool weather. The Mystery Spot, the Boardwalk and Capitola were lots of fun. We had a great dinner our last night at the Shadowbrook Restaurant. The guys rode their bikes all over and the girls enjoyed evening walks. The kids loved everything and did not want to go home. We also saw dolphins! Awesome.

June - Absolutely gorgeous! I love the art work throughout this beach house. Other than that we got up at 5 A.M. to walk the beach to collect sea shells. Three whole sand dollars. Yay! My thighs hurt, my belly is full, and I am tan... fun weekend. Thanks - Trina Wow!

What a wonderful place you have here. It is pleasantly situated so near the beach. The weather has been lovely, so much sunshine for December. We live in England and it was so cold and frosty when we left home. The condo is so well stocked for children as well as adults. We have greatly enjoyed being here and are so glad that we did not book into a hotel for the holidays. We will recommend this condo to any of our friends who would like to visit California.
