Open, airy, bright and beautiful... this townhouse is located in the quite neighborhood of Aptos, within walking distance of the beach. Two king-size beds are tucked away in large bedrooms, along with trundel bed in the cozy loft- overlooking the living room. The large dining room table will accommodate your friends and family while you dine in style. The two car garage has a washer and dryer, for your vacationing convenience.
All linens are included, along with a full kitchen. During the day enjoy golfing, biking, splashing along the beach, or watching for dolphins, whales and seals. We've thoroughly enjoyed the sightseeing off of our breathtaking beach. For dinner, walk down the beach to Seascape, and enjoy their fantastic menu, or try any number of fine restaurants in the area.

August - What a beautiful and relaxing place to spend our family vacation. Walks to the beach in the morning to find sand dollars; afternoons of body surfing and watching dolphins play. Evenings on the pier and boardwalk.. Great weekend.

We spent a very relaxing week here in Aptos. We loved walking to the beach and the kids especially loved the warm pool. We were comfortable here in the condo, and had fun going up to Santa Cruz Boardwalk and down to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The kids scootered up and down the street. We would love to make this beautiful spot a yearly tradition.

We had a great time. We walked to the beach, swam in the waves, made sand castles and watched the sunset. We enjoyed the warm pool and the cool weather. The Mystery Spot, the Boardwalk and Capitola were lots of fun. We had a great dinner our last night at the Shadowbrook Restaurant. The guys rode their bikes all over and the girls enjoyed evening walks. The kids loved everything and did not want to go home. We also saw dolphins! Awesome.

June - Absolutely gorgeous! I love the art work throughout this beach house. Other than that we got up at 5 A.M. to walk the beach to collect sea shells. Three whole sand dollars. Yay! My thighs hurt, my belly is full, and I am tan... fun weekend. Thanks - Trina Wow!

What a wonderful place you have here. It is pleasantly situated so near the beach. The weather has been lovely, so much sunshine for December. We live in England and it was so cold and frosty when we left home. The condo is so well stocked for children as well as adults. We have greatly enjoyed being here and are so glad that we did not book into a hotel for the holidays. We will recommend this condo to any of our friends who would like to visit California.
