  Our family of six adults enjoyed this townhouse property. It is clean, secure and comfortable and was perfect for our group. There were so many things to appreciate, from the coded door lock (no one needed a key), friendly and helpful staff, to the grill & table on the oceanfront patio and warm pools. The owners have thought of many details to help make staying there easy and fun. The owner also provided excellent communication, directions, etc.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Could not ask for a better place to vacation for my husband and I and our two boys! The patio was amazing (right on the water) and when we were at the condo we spent most of our time there, eating our meals, reading and playing uno. We could see the swimming pool from the patio, which was a plus for us, for we could watch the boys enjoy themselves from a distance! The home was very clean and spacious, kitchen had all necessities, beds were comfortable and it was great having a washer and a dryer! Can't wait to go back !

  I rented this unit for nine days. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. The listing description is accurate. The unit is three stories and is clean and very well kept. The listing was so well described that I did not need to contact the owner while I was there. The unit has everything you would want. The deck overlooking the ocean was my favorite spot to read, talk, play cards, or to enjoy a Bahamian sunset. The beach next to the complex is very private. The security staff was very friendly and helped me learn my way around the island. If you get a chance to rent this unit, do it.

  I recently vacationed in the Bahamas with my three girlfriends, and we stayed at this lovely gated condo. The house had everything we needed. The updated kitchen was well-equipped. All the rooms were nicely appointed, comfortable and clean. There was plenty of space to hang out together as well as to enjoy some private time alone. We especially liked having our morning coffee on the patio. It was quite relaxing, and the views were breathtaking. There is also a large outdoor table and grill. Perfect for cocktails and dinner! We made good use of the private, quiet beach and the well-maintained pool area. The condo is close to all - beaches, hotels, shops, and restaurants. Our stay was just wonderful. We have already booked this condo for 2013!

  My wife and I and our three teenagers enjoyed very much renting this townhouse and the car. We found the VRBO description to be very accurate and the accomodations were just as described. The location of the townhouse and complex is very desirable. The rental rate proved to be an excellent value and the use of the available rental car was a big benefit. Our only misgivings about the townhouse were its marginally dated finishes and furnishings. Many amenities had been updated, but more is needed. Overall, the rental proved to be offer an excellent location and value for our vacation.

  Owner response: Was very surprised that renter said interior of the townhouse was dated as kitchen was completely renovated two years ago, tile floors three years ago, new carpet and the furniture in bedrooms as well as living room is less than a year old. However, I am very glad that they loved the location etc. as I use the townhouse often and love being in the Bahamas. In fact, wish I was there right now...

  We had a great time and the property was exactly as advertised. If you are looking for a place to stay that is away from all the hustle and bustle and is on the water this is it! We had two adults and three teenagers and there was plenty of space. We took the jitney (bus) when we wanted to go downtown or out to eat. We would highly recommend the property.

  We arrived at the condo and it was 84 degrees inside-the A/C was not on at all! It did cool off by late that night, but was very unpleasant to start with! Condo was not cleaned very well when we arrived, but property mgr had cleaners come back. Beds were VERY uncomfortable!!! My husband slept on the couch the entire week! The inside stairs were very steep and did not have hand rails going up/down the whole way- we felt they were dangerous- especially for kids and older people. The condo was not as nice as it looks in pictures, but the back patio was right on the water and nice. The property mgr was very helpful and really nice- she had great ideas about food and sights to see.

  Owner response: I really don't know what to say as this is my first negative Review The complaint regarding the arrival temperature is Valid but the air conditioning unit is twice the size recommended (wish I could attach a picture) and would cool off the Townhouse in less than hour. In addition everyone has different Opinions regarding cleaning and we sent back our staff to Address concerns. Other than that the complaint about The townhouse not being as nice as the photos is Absolutely false In addition the beds and furniture are brand New. I have a bad back and my mother in law a hip Replacement and have never had a problem.

  Place was great as well as very clean. Unit has everything you need. Great supply of towels. Sunsets from patio are fabulous. Pools are clean and not cold. Gated community is very quiet which made it very relaxing. Property manager was wonderful and provided helpful tips on where to shop, eat, etc. We rented a car to get around. Would recommend this place to others.

  My family and I loved the townhouse and location. The sunsets from the back patio are awesome. Rent a car and enjoy the island. This is a great place to stay, I regret not staying longer.

  Amazing sunsets! The patio is private and relaxing with patio furniture and a bbq . The townhouse was more than comfortable with everything you need. Both pools are right on the sea with soothing sounds of the ocean. We even saw cruise ships leaving the port. The beach is also quite and close by. We can't wait to go again!
