Inside you will relax in either the Flamingo suite with a KING bed and walk-in closet, or the Hawaiian-style loft which has 2 queen beds, private bath, and walk-in closet. This unit is completely furnished with all the amenities you will need to make this your most relaxing vacation ever! Included you will find two TVs, two DVD players, a VCR, a completely furnished kitchen and a washer and dryer. In the living room you will find a queen-size sofa sleeper. No Smoking and No Pets Please.

This gated resort gives your family their choice of four pools, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, and miniature golf for all to enjoy! So what are you waiting for? All you need is your beach towels and suntan oil and leave the rest to us!!

  • This was our first beach vacation in awhile and this condo was perfect for our family. It had all the comforts of home, plenty of room to spread out, very clean, and stylish decor. There were lots of activities in the complex to keep the kids busy and the condo was a great place to come back to and relax. We would definitely recommend this condo to others- we had a great experience!

  • Just returned from staying in your condo the week of July 9th, 2007. Very pleased as we walked in the condo. The pictures on VRBO are perfect it looks exactly the same and exceptionally clean. There were two families that stayed and it worked out perfect. The resort was great and conveniently located across from the beautiful white beaches. I would highly recommend this unit and the Kimbers were great to work with, everything happened exactly as discussed. Thanks for a memorable family vacation : )

  • My family was extremely fortunate to hear about this great condo! The townhouse was extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated in beach paraphernalia. The owners had all the comforts of home! The complex itself was definitely designed for families. For instance, we could enjoy sitting at the pool, while still being able to watch our children play a round of putt-putt golf and shuffleboard. Great vacation rental--hope to return soon!

  • Comments from two "Snowbirds" Spent the first three months of 2006 in this Condo and I believe we were one of the first non-family renters since it was renovated. Very clean unit, well decorated and totally equiped with almost 100% new appliances and electronics. Enjoyed the closed-in patio immensely and the wide open appearance of the unit as a whole.
