Our beautiful home is situated in Liberty Village.
It's a lovely, modern home, situated on a new subdivision/estate, "Liberty Village." Situated just Three Miles from the 192, off North Poinciana Boulevard (Three Miles from Walmart and Medieval Times).
Our home has recently been newly furnished with designer and executive furniture throughout, to a very high standard, with the property its self being in immaculate condition. Our home has been furnished with out clients satisfaction and needs in mind.
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King bed, dresser and mirror, and an armoire, with 21 inch Colour TV with VCR and DVD, all overlooking the views of the pool and conservation area. Adjoining the Master is the en-suite. A very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, large tub, twin wash basins, hair dryer, and separate toilet. Adjoining this is a very large walk-in closet where the cooler and baby equipment is stored, along with the safe.
Next to the Master Bedroom is the first of our Twin bedrooms. This room has two twin beds, and a very large closet. Again overlooking the pool and conservation area.
Towards the front of the property there is a lovely Queen bedroom with spacious closet, and the second of the twin bedrooms, again with a large closet. Servicing these rooms is a separate bathroom with bath tub/shower, toilet, and wash basin. All bedrooms are fitted with colour TVs - Cable and DVD.
There is a formal dining area, for those entertaining nights in, with a large modern table and formal china and place settings. Next to the dining area is the living room.
The living room is a very large room comprising of a three seater, love seat, two side tables, cocktail table, and formal chair. For entertainment there is a 52 inch wide-screen High Definition Television with DVD Player and PlayStation console. There is also a HI-FI System with CD Player.
The kitchen is very spacious, and is fully-equipped. Adjoining the kitchen is the Nook where there is a table for four people. The nook leads onto the Utility/Wash room where you will find brand new Whirlpool large capacity washer and dryer. This room then leads into the double garage.
The property is not overlooked and backs onto a conservation area, with views of lovely palms and forest. The pool deck area is spacious, and has a removable safety fence preventing little ones entering the pool un-attended. The patio is furnished with a towel rack, large table, four regular chairs, two reclining chairs with foot stools and two sun loungers.
The property has a private pool and spa (Hot Tub), with colour changing fiber-optic lighting great for night time parties. Pool heat is charged for in addition to the rental fee.
