This spectacular private home is located just across the street from the Pacific Ocean in a very private gated community. Be our guest at our beautiful home and enjoy a wonderful vacation retreat. A short walk takes you to the beautiful white sand of the Children's Beach--a few minutes more and you will be in the heart of Kailua Kona.
A stone's throw from the shoreline, the home features huge lanais(porches), comfortable relaxing living, and a great heated plunge pool for those romantic evenings. Be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of the waves rolling over the lava rocks with the ocean breeze coming through the coconut palms. An intricately designed open and beamed ceiling creates a very tropical setting amongst the plentiful landscaping. It truly captures the spirit of the islands.
The home has three lanais and is equipped with everything to make your vacation as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. The main floor features an open plan--kitchen, dining room and living room. Upstairs, the master suite and guest bedroom overlook a lush courtyard full of plumeria and palm trees. The master has a California king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third-floor loft has two single beds.
The Kona Bay Beach House is conveniently located close to town and many beautiful beaches and activity center, so it is easy to take advantage of all the Big Island has to offer from our home. Stay with us and enjoy a wonderful Hawaiian vacation!

Your home was perfect for our traveling situation right now. A three year old and one and one half year old. The beach was perfect for our children; the short distance was especially convenient. The locale was great for groceries and restaurants. We have already recommended your home to friends and co-workers.
