This condo was spotless and stocked with everything you would need to cook a full meal. We had not stayed at this end of town and had fun finding new places to eat, drink and be merry. Some of our favorites were Woody's (great jazz music and hamburgers), Burma pizza (awesome), Trio's (happy hour all day),Tropical (great drinks & food), Rick's Desert Grill(the best cuban food you will ever have and we lived in Miami) try the cuban sandwich, John's (breakfast) and Billy Reed's for the best turkey and dressing dinner. Needless to say, we did no cooking. We could list several more but you need to find some on your own. This condo is so comfy. Great bed, nice towels, clean and in a perfect location. The pool area is wonderful. We met several people that own and come down for the winter and people that live there full time. It is a place that I would rent again without hesitation. It is snowing here today, so we wish we were back in sunny Palm Springs.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Our two weeks here were very relaxing. We were most impressed by the cleanliness upon arrival, the stock of staple items, and pleasantly surprised to find some food items such as rice, flour, condiments and dressings. There is enough cutlery and crockery that we could wait for a full load to run the dishwasher [not always the case in our experience]. Loved the flexibility of two TVs and two DVD players - this reduced the chance of arguments over what to watch. Had lunch every day at the 'bar' on the balcony enjoying the sun and watching the hummingbird nest building activity. We only rented a car for two days - stocked the condo with food - then returned the car and walked everywhere. Soon found Koffi for coffee, Jaio for small plates, Trio for happy hour drinks and bar items.... all within a few blocks in one direction - the Casino just as close [and the Saturday market in the parking lot] in the other direction. Ruth Hardy Park was just two blocks away for a daily walk on the grass in the park. This made it an ideal location for us. Owner Eric answered all of our questions in advance, provided a jigsaw puzzle too when we asked if there were any, and the key rings have loyalty cards for supermarkets and drugstores. These thoughtful touches helped make the stay most enjoyable. Thank you Eric.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We stayed 2 nights and were very pleased with the decent price. The description of property was accurate. The condo was immaculate, and well cleaned. Eric was friendly and very helpful in expediting the process of renting. I would recommend this property to anyone. Particularly liked the peace and quiet. The pool/jacuzzi clean. Everything is well maintained. We loved eating at the Seafood Grill.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We enjoyed a peaceful visit at this well-maintained condo complex in the middle of town. The complex is within very short walking distance of the casino and both Palm Canyon & Indian Canyon Blvds. Underground parking was a plus, especially in the warm weather. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and we felt right at home. The view from the lanai is beautiful....you can sit at the outside "bar" and watch the sun set over the mountains with the pool, gardens, and palm trees laid out below you in the foreground. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this for a vacation destination.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The two of us stayed for a week last March. I was impressed with how clean the unit and the building was. It had a very homey feeling and easy to walk to everywhere. The owner was very friendly and our business transcations went very smoothly with him. We liked the place so much that we put in a reservation for two weeks in the fall. However, I inherented some money and decided just to go ahead and buy a place in Palm Springs in preparation for my upcoming retirement! With regrets, I had to cancel our reservation (in advance) but the owner was very gracious and immediately refunded our reservation deposit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to vacation in Palm Springs.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is perfect size for 2 and was clean, conveniently located and well equiped. The pool area was nice and the underground parking was a plus.
