As of Jan 2012 the master bath has new wallpaper,new ceiling fans all bedrooms,all ceiling's have been redone,we have added crown molding throughout the condo and all trimwork has been repainted. New foyer rug. Condo is luxuriously decorated and is very clean. 2 HBO channels on all 4 flat screen TV's. We provide beach chairs, floats, crab nets and coolers in a private locker near the pools.
Beach home is used by our family often. We make sure that everything is working and that the condo looks great. The place looks new! PLEASE CLICK ON THE "JJ-3 Ocean Creek Pictures". The condo is located on the third floor of Tower South at Ocean Creek. The view of the ocean is one of the best on the property. This condo has a great panoramic view of the entire beach looking forward, north and south. The family room, kitchen and the master bedroom all have awesome views of the ocean.
South Tower is located adjacent to the beautiful single family Briarciffe Acres,an undeveloped shoreline of Myrtle Beach. Our deck furniture is so comfortable that you will want to relax on the patio for hours reading your favorite book,overlooking the large outdoor pool and ocean.
There is plenty of parking in the parking deck. The 57-acre resort is protected by a 24-hour security gate. There are three newly remodeled elevators that assist you to the third floor.
South Tower includes its own private swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool is indoor-outdoor. There is ample pool furniture at both the Tower South pool and the Seaside pool. The Seaside Bar and Grill offers cold drinks as well as hot food. There is also a playground and a volleyball court next to the Seaside pool area. A large indoor pool is available in the Lodge building and it is available to Tower South guests. Ask any security guard for directions or call us.
All linens and departure cleaning are included on weekly rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with two coffee makers, microwave,ice makers, blender, mixer, dishwasher and more.
Directly across from the entrance to Ocean Creek is Barefoot Landing which features over 100 shops and many restaurants. The shops are located off of the inter-coastal waterway which provides a beautiful setting. Located less then 2 miles from OC is Tanger Outlets which has stores such as Polo, Ann Taylor, GAP, Tommy H., CK, Under Armor, Coach, Banana Rep., Old Navy & more. Dozens of golf courses are located minutes away.
Broadway has made its way to Myrtle Beach. See a show at The Palace, Opryland, Alabama Theatre or at The House of Blues. All located minutes from OC. Our condo provides a list of our favorite restaurants, favorite golf courses and favorite pastimes. If you have children, you must visit Alligator Adventure,(100's of live gators)and Ripleys Aquarium to see live sharks.
We have provided a cabinet full of games, cards and puzzles. If you can't find it - call us, we will make sure you have it during your stay.

You will be glad you stayed at JJ-3,Ocean Creek! If you need two condo's please let us recommend a second condo that is also in great condition,located on 4th floor with excellent views. This condo has also been remodeled and it is owned by a family member.
NOT ALL CONDO'S ARE THE SAME. Don't make this common mistake. Ask to see the additional photo's and look closely at the carpet, linens, and furnishings. Some condo's have the original wallpaper, and look like something from the 70's. We promise you will be thrilled with our beach home.

Why the Owner Chose Tower South
We have family that own a beach home in Ocean Creek. We loved it so much that we thought we would like to retire at Ocean Creek some day. We can't wait for that day. OC is so beautiful and we love the location. It is so covenient to everything. Our renovations turned out so much better than we could have ever imagined. It is truly a home away from home. We have tried to think of everything. iPod / iPhone docking stations, large flat panel TV's, HBOs, Blu-ray player, stereo surround sound, basket full of current magazines, books, games, serving dishes for shrimp, wine glasses, ice maker, large cooler, beach chairs (that work), umbrellas, boogy boards, crab nets, drapes with blackout shades for those mornings that you want to sleep in, and everything works! Many condos can't promise this. We are not like most people that rent their condo. We want this to be the best vacation for you and your family. We really do. We want you to come back year after year. We repaint, renovate and update the condo several times throughout the year.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You won't find a more beautiful condo at Ocean Creek. We take great pride and expense to keep it current and in great shape. We use if for our personal use a lot and that sets us apart from many renters or rental companies. We like to know that everything works and looks new! We invest in the condo every year. We laugh when we go back and see what the condo looked like when we bought it. We have improved it so much. Everything is new. We really wish we could stop renting it now and just keep it as a second home, but the taxes, HOA fees, mtg payments, etc., keep us in the rental business. The quality of renters on VRBO are so much better than renters via a rental company. People call us or leave us notes all the time saying they added something to the condo. This may be a new dimmer switch, trash can, or a new favorite pan. We had one repeat renter that said she wanted a George Forman Grill. We went out, bought the grill and kept it in the box for her next arrival. We don't mind spending money to keep the condo looking great because we have the best most caring renters. We like for our friends and family to use it when it is not rented. We are blessed with good things in life, let us share it with you.

We had a truly enjoyable time at your condo! The location in MB was perfect. One of our favorite parts about Ocean Creek was the creek right out front between the condo and the ocean - the children could have played all day here. It made for a varied landscape and a nice alternative to the waves for the little ones. As all have mentioned, the interior is beautiful and all of the upscale amenities really make a difference. We are spoiled - I don't think we will be able to stay at a different unit if we return to Ocean Creek! We enjoyed your recommendations, especially California Pizza and Chestnut Hill. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope to stay again!

What a beautiful condo - decorator-quality furnishings, decor and appointments. Staying in the Schappell's condo was such a treat. Everything is new, lovely and CLEAN ! I wish my house looked like this! Cheerful and island-themed. Bright and sunny. Lots of great dinner and table ware. We were so pleased with everything in the unit. Generous drawer and closet space. Beautiful bathrooms, with a multi-jet shower with seat in the master bath. Thankfully, Ron leaves instructions on how to use it. (: Ocean Creek the best location for families, with the calm, shallow inlet and the warm, clean ocean, lots of restaurants (House of Blues right across the street!) and entertainment. This was our second summer at OC, and we are definitely coming back.

We have stayed at the Ocean Creek Resort many times. This resort is very beautiful , private ,secure and very well maintained. This complex is close to many fine resturants , entertainment and great shopping. We have now stayed twice in the south tower and fell lucky to have found it. It is just as the pictures and video show. The Schappell's certainly keep their unit well maintained and up to date with high end furniture and electronics. They do try very hard to make their guests stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We will certainly be coming back to this condo and would not hestitate to recommend it to anyone. We just returned from Myrtle Beach and had a great time! The condo is WONDERFUL! Everything was new and updated with granite and tile. The beds and linens were great and it was beautifully decorated. It was located directly on the beach and I would highly recommend this condo. We have never been to Myrtle Beach before and had a great family vacation. When we return, we will be staying here again!!!

Great condo with even better views of the ocean and Briarcliff to the South. They had everything available for you to use, just as if it were home! Fabulous kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the tile floors through out the condo. Ocean Creek is the best developed location in all of MB. Beautiful grounds and very well taken care of. We just returned from our 4th year at Ocean Creek and condo JJ3. This condo is so beautiful and the owners are excellent to work with. Everything about the condo is perferct. The owners have added large flat panel tv's in the family room and in the master bedroom. Everything looks new and the decorating is very "beachy". All of the renovations are beautiful. We will definitely be returning again next year! Our kids had such a great time on the beach and in all the pools. The view is incredible. I wish I were back there now.

JJ-3 is a beautiful place to stay if your thinking of renting in MBeach. The condo is well equipped and is up to date in style and colors. Very clean, great location...great view from the balcony. Owners are wonderful to work with and always just a phone call away. We enjoyed our 2 1/2 month stay and truthfully wish I was still there! The Galeks

Ocean Creek is a fantastic resort, and condo JJ-3 is just as great as it sounds! A real gem, with fabulous views, quiet location (pool closes by 10pm), very clean and comfortable. Pride of ownership is evident throughout the condo. It doesn't feel like a rental, it feels like a home. We enjoyed it so much that we're returning next summer. Ocean Creek is the perfect location -- on the edge of quiet North Myrtle, yet a short drive to all the attractions.
