New artwork, new LCD TV's - total of five TV's in condo, stereo system, mirrored family room wall, deck furniture, A/C unit, washer and dryer, new silverware, china, glasses, new chandelier, new sheets - all beds, new Ralph Lauren towels, new plantation blinds, new DVD players. The bathrooms have new wallpaper. New tile floor in bathrooms. The condo is luxuriously decorated and is very clean. Condo's that are in excellent condition like ours are selling for over $900,000. We have 2 HBO channels.
This beach home is used by our family often. We make sure that everything is working and that it looks great. We frequently enter the condo to "tighten screws and change light bulbs". The place looks new! PLEASE CLICK ON THE "CLICK HERE - SEE MORE PHOTOS" NEXT TO THE CALENDAR. The condominium is located on the third floor of Tower South at Ocean Creek. The view of the ocean is one of the best on the property. This condo has a great panoramic view of the entire beach looking forward, North and South. The family room, kitchen and the master bedroom have awesome views of the ocean.
South Tower is located adjacent to the beautiful single family development, Briarciffe Acres, and an undeveloped shoreline of Myrtle Beach. Discovery's Travel channel has voted Myrtle Beach "America's Best Family Beach." Our new deck furniture is so comfortable that you will want to relax on the patio for hours - overlooking the large outdoor pool and the ocean. This is an excellent spot to relax and read your favorite book!
There is plenty of parking in the parking deck, therefore parking is never an issue. The 57-acre resort is protected by a 24-hour security gate. There are three newly remodeled elevators that assist you to the third floor.
South Tower includes its own private swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool is an indoor - outdoor design. There is ample pool furniture at both the Tower South pool and the pool located at the Cabana Ocean front beach grill. The Cabana grill offers cold drinks as well as hot food. There is also a playground and a volleyball court next to the cabana pool area. The is a large indoor pool available on site at Ocean Creek w/ a hot tub.
All linens are provided and departure cleaning is included on weekly rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee makers, microwave, ice makers, blender, mixer, dishwasher and more.
Directly across from the entrance to Ocean Creek is Barefoot Landing which features over 100 shops and many restaurants. The shops are located directly off of the inter-coastal waterway which provides a beautiful setting. Also located less then 2 1/2 miles from Ocean Creek is Tanger Outlets which boasts stores such as Polo, Ann Taylor Loft, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klien, and more. Golf courses are located only minutes away.
Broadway has made its way to Myrtle Beach. Take in a show at The Palace, Opryland - or see your favorite musical performers at Alabama Theatre or at House of Blues. All located minutes from your door at Ocean Creek. Our condo provides a list of our favorite restaurants, favorite golf courses and favorite pastimes. If you have children, you must visit Alligator Adventure and Ripleys Aquarium to see the live sharks.
We have also provided a cabinet full of games, cards, puzzles and games for the kids. If you can't find it - call us, we will make sure you have it during your stay. In addition to the pool at Tower South, there is a fully-enclosed swimming pool with a jacuzzi located just footsteps aways. This pool is available to all of South Tower guests.

NOT ALL CONDO'S ARE THE SAME. Don't make this common mistake. Ask to see the additional photo's and look closely at the carpet, linens, and furnishings. Some condo's have the original wallpaper and look like something from the 80's. We promise you will be thrilled with our beach home.
All rental rates are Saturday to Saturday
Check-out is prior to 10:00 AM and Check-in is after 3PM.
11% accomodations tax is added to all rentals.
All towels (Ralph Lauren) and linens are provided.
