Beautiful Lake Como is located next to Spring Lake, Momouth County and is Exit 98 on the Garden State Parkway.
The house was completely renovated in 2004 and boasts new gourmet kitchen with built-in microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, new refrigerator/freezer with water and ice maker, as well as custom cabinets with two seats on the breakfast bar. The dining room has seating for up to eight persons at a custom solid birch table. The house has two zone central air conditioning.
The entertainment center includes a new LCD TV 27" with VCR, DVD, and stereo with AM/FM, cassette, and five-disc CD changer and new IPOD docking station. The first floor has a porch and a queen (pillow-top mattress) bedroom and full bath with new washer and dryer. It is decorated in soft soothing beach inspired colors of sand, white, with shades of blues and custom window coverings. The ground level is a combination of oak floors, carpet, and tile. The rear door steps out into a shaded and private backyard for evening barbecues with gas grill and outside seating area where you will enjoy gentle evening ocean breezes and view the stars.
Step up to the second floor and find two gorgeous master king rooms with pillow-top mattresses on opposite ends of the house with vaulted ceilings, skylights, large closets and sitting areas. The oversized bathroom has a gorgeous custom sea motive tile and custom corner shower. There are plenty of hooks to hang those wet bathing suits and towels!
This is a soothing and peaceful family home that is located just six blocks to the beach and only a half of block to beautiful Lake Como. Why not take the family to the lake in the evening to see the beautiful white swans or a bike ride along the beach in the morning or evening. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint with beautiful homes and gardens. It is just steps from the multi-million dollar neighborhood of Spring Lake and Spring Lake Beach.
